OSU football weekend
The location is great for all activities around OSU campus. The vrbo was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend. It was a sweltering weekend weatherwise so the 3rd floor of vrbo may have been more steamy than normal but it was warm for those that slept up there. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Disappointing Stay Without Resolution
unfortunately this stay was not pleasant and was riddled with multiple problems. We were locked out of the unit upon our arrival around midnight and the owner was difficult to get ahold of due to the time and customer service was unhelpful. There was a dead bolt that had an electric lock and code to unlock, that worked fine. the problem was that there was an additional lock that we did not have a key or access too. After about 45 minutes of sitting on the porch we finally had to close to break in and confirmed upon entry the bottom lock was locked. Once we gained entry we were very upset at the lack of cleaning that had been done. the showers all had hair in them and the towels were stained and dirty. all of the bed had body hair, dirt and debris in them and there were no spare sheets. the floors had dirt as well. the carpets were extremely dirty and stained. the decor was also not as shown in the listing and seems to have been edited for cleanliness or wear. the owner was responsive and remorseful and blamed the cleaning company but offered no other type of compensation or reimbursement. If it was acknowledged that the cleaning had not been done, or not done well then I should have been reimbursed that fee. I will not be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was always prompt to respond with helpful information.
