We had an unfortunate mishap with the oven, but Brea was very understanding and easy to communicate with. We have added the Loverly to our list of places we must return to as soon as possible!"

To think that no refund is even a consideration, even a partial one, still astounds me. We did not travel due to the storm and never set foot in the rental."
