We loved the location of this unit as we could walk everywhere we wanted for dining and drinks. Room was really clean, smelled nice and host gave perfect instructions. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The property was as pictured. Very clean with some nice extra touches (chocolates). Plenty of towels. Great location to Mizzou campus and Broadway restaurants and bars. It was quiet even there was lots of activity on the street. Enjoyed opening the patio door and taking in the action below.

The Perfect Get-Away
We were in town for a wrestling tournament at Mizzou. We were super close to the campus and could walk to many restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the view was beautiful, and the loft absolutely spotless. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Cory does a really good job with this property in Columbia. We are finicky about where we stay when we travel. The Tiger was our "go to" but this is a more relaxed setup with much more space and less money.

Excellent Downtown Location for Two
It is sometimes hard to find a VRBO rental for just 2 people, and this place is perfect for you and your +1. Staying in this suite puts you in the heart of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We enoyed people watching from the 4th floor window, and delicious breakfast bagels from directly next door, Goldie's Bagels. Also, our host, Cory, was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this "Downtown Luxury Suite."

Great little gem
We loved this property. Fabulous location for walking the campus or downtown. Definitely small as the listing and reviews describe but we didn’t need anything more. Bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless. Highly recommend. One note is that it was pretty loud out on the street as college students left bars, but the provided white noise machine helped a lot to drown it out.

Perfect stay!
We were in town for a concert at the Blue Note. The location of this property is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, and the Blue Note was just as close as he said in the description. The property was very clean, and I liked that the host paid attention to detail and went above and beyond (bottles of water, granola bars). He gave very detailed instructions for parking that were easy to follow. We would stay at this location again!

Unsafe for a female traveling alone.
I arrived retrieved the keys entered the building to a dark stairwell. I felt unsafe walking the stairwell to the fourth floor down a very small very dark hallway. I felt so unsafe I immediately left, not staying there at all. I saved to enjoy my stay at this location. Instead I LOST my money.

Unfortunately the host was hospitalized & unavailable, but we couldn't get the heat to work properly & were very cold all night (causing the air mattress to feel like we were sleeping on ice) & didn't have parking nearby.
