You are here on business, or to celebrate a graduation at the academy, dropping off your children in college at the USC, watch the game at Williams-Brice Stadium or just pleasure, this home will give you everything you need.

Two bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. An additional room serves as an office space complete with a printer and office supplies to get work done. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made if needed. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig (k-cups & tea available), a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. We really enjoyed our stay, the property was as described and very close to the downtown area, which is what we wanted. The little touches like soaps & lotions in the bathrooms and the stocked coffee station was a treat! Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Fabulous trip
The trip was great. We stayed at the house while we visited our grandson who graduated bootcamp at Fort Jackson. The house was perfect for the trip and very convenient. The house was clean fresh smelling. The host was great with communication. I would reccomend this house for anyone who needs a short or longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe

Nice layout, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood! Kitchen is well equipped. We chose this property because it stated it is pet friendly. Our dog loved the pet beds, bowls and toys especially the green ball! We were in town with an event at the Koger center and it was about an 10 min drive. Owner was very prompt and accommodating when we did a late checkout. Would highly recommend staying here!

Quick trip to S.C
It was such a short trip that I did not have an opportunity to explore the area. However, the house was lovely, comfortable and clean. I was so grateful for the wonderful mattress after driving 12 hours on Friday. I was also pleasantly surprised to find dish & laundry detergent furnished! There were alot of little extras that I haven't seen in previously rentals. I recommend this property and will absolutely book it again if/when I am in the Columbia area.

My twin sister and older brother stayed in the VRBO off Lindsay St. I enjoyed staying in this home. I felt the host was very accommodating and attentive. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were nice, the beds were very nice to get a good night's sleep. The location, although, close to the woods, was ok with me and my family. I like that we were in a Cul de sac. I loved that it was pet friendly and I loved the pet bed and toys, my little Mimi had access to. If I had to say anything unfavorable, it would be the carpet was not as appealing; however, I was understanding of it because of the pet friendly circumstances. Long weekend trip
We all loved the house it was perfect for a long weekend trip! A great spot close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. We all agreed the tv is too high and wished there were a couple extra blankets!
