This charming and comfy bungalow is newly renovated with an updated kitchen and bathroom. There are black-out curtains and televisions in every bedroom. It also has a fully fenced backyard for you to enjoy. An ideal location for local restaurants, grocery and boutique shopping, all within walking distance. Fort Jackson and downtown Columbia are just a five minute drive away.

Bedrooms:
Our bungalow boasts three bedrooms, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate families or groups of friends. The front bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, full length mirror and television. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and television. The third bedroom features a set of twin beds with comfortable linens and a television.

Living Spaces:
Step into the inviting living area, where warm sunlight filters through large windows, creating a welcoming and homely ambiance. The space is thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, inviting you to unwind with a good book or engage in meaningful conversations.

Quick two night stay for sons graduation so really was only here to sleep, shower and get ready. Close to base, easy to find, had everything we needed. Great stay!

Home away from home
Our host was very accommodating. The property was very nice and clean. Property was very convenient to restaurants grocery stores. I walked to both. The house was well stocked spices, coffee, & a few other basics. I would highly recommend they stay at a cozy bungalow.

This was the perfect spot for some old friends across the state to meet and catch up. Location was great for eating out even though we mainly enjoyed staying in and visiting!!!!

Cute House and Great Location
This house was perfect for our family. The house is just as pictured and in a great location that was easy to get to. Truly everything we needed to cook meals was provided in the home. The beds were comfortable. Check-in and -out were easy and communication with the owner was great.

Visit to Congaree National Park
My mom and I had an amazing time visiting the area and staying at this property. The home is so nice and clean. The kitchen was beautiful and so nice to have since we had an infant with us! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

We came down to Columbia for our daughter’s family day and BCT graduation. This lovely home was only 5 mins from base! A straight shot to gate 2 which made amazing easy access for both ceremonies and then to return her after the off base pass. The host made it extremely easy to check in and was so reasonable to work with if things changed! We couldn’t have asked fore a more perfect place, location, and host for our stay. Thank you for making our trip even more special to us.

The Getaway
It was an amazing experience everyone enjoyed themselves. Everything was at our fingertips, within walking distance! The house was so comfortable and cozy. The communication with host was superb, everything was just AWESOME!

Lovely house, very clean, great location
Very nice little house, perfect for our family of 6. Great location near Ft. Jackson for military families. The place was perfectly clean and tidy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Only minor complaint was the bright lights outside the front bedroom made it hard to sleep (for us country folks unused to it). Could use a few more homey touches such as pictures on the walls. Could use a few more kitchen items, especially towels Some plates were chipped. Otherwise it was an excellent rental. Thanks so much!

Perfect location for our family to stay for my son’s graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. Close to the gates for the base, food nearby, bagel place on the corner just down the street. Grocery stores and places to eat within walking distance. No complaints at all. Check in process was very easy, place was clean and everything looked as it is pictured. Love all of it!

Adorable home!!
We were in town for a baby shower so we decided to go this route instead of a hotel! We are so glad we did! The house was just as listed and so convenient to everything. Communication and check in was great! The only thing I missed was having a tv to watch in bed….but that is a preference not necessity haha! I feel sure when we go back to Columbia we will be checking the availability to stay again!

Such a great little cottage
I would 100% stay here again and recommend it. It’s in a great location and I felt very safe. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The owner supplies the morning coffee. Ryan was very easy to communicate with and willing to work with our schedules as best he can. Do yourself a favor and stay here next time your in town. My only recommendation would be that the kitchen could be better supplied with pots but we made it work!

This made graduation so easy!
This property is in an excellent proximity to Fort Jackson and the Basic Training Graduation events. We had 4 adults with us, with plenty of room. Keep in mind there is only one bathroom, but we could coordinate that just fine. Ryan was an excellent host and provided some very helpful tips. I would recommend this to others coming to SC for similar purposes.

This would have been a very good place if it were not for the strange odors in the house. Very strong upon entry but throughout entire house. Otherwise it was a decent place - a little run down on the outside, but comfortable and clean.

Adorable house, well maintained. We checked in with ease and felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for the ease and convenience of things needed and things to do. I would suggest to have coffee items available. Also the tub stopper does not stay up while taking a shower. Two very minor things that would not interfere with the enjoyment of the home.
