The rear door in the backyard serves as your private entrance and you also have private off-street parking for 2 cars.

There is a shared wall between this apartment and the one next door - expect to be able to hear some noise from the neighbors in the apartment next door. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM every day.
We love the 11' tall ceilings in the living and bedroom and the original stained bead board in the bathroom. This house is about 100 years old and has loads of character throughout with original heart pine floors, fireplaces and large windows. This is a historic 1919 Queen Anne Style duplex home that we have renovated and painstakingly restored. Most of the rooms boast over 11' high ceilings, multiple fireplaces, exposed brick, plaster walls and gorgeous light fixtures.
The other side of the duplex will probably be rented as well during your stay. There is a shared wall between the two units so please be courteous and obedient to quiet hours between 10pm - 8am every day.
