Steve was very professional. Property was perfect for trips to glacier and other spots.
We enjoyed our stay at the Glacier View Vacation Home. The home was a welcome oasis from the crowds at Glacier NP, and it was super handy to access the park or the dining in Columbia Falls. The home was clean and spacious, with a nice deck for enjoying the morning and evening breezes. The host has some hummingbird feeders, and we enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds up close. The host was friendly and willing to give us some tips on where to go (he was right, Bowman Lake was worth the trip!). I would definitely book here again.
Very nice cabin in a secluded area but still close to Glacier NP. Everything was as described, very clean and cozy, plenty of room for 6 people. Good communication with owner, easy check in and out, no issues.
We had a great time in Columbia Falls! Our stay was comfortable and cozy yet spacious and very clean! Owners were very gracious and had recommendations for groceries and places to see during our visit including “The Road to the Sun” at Glacier National Park and places to hike! Can’t forget the Huckleberry Bear Claws in Polebridge!
Glacier was a 3 night stop on our road trip from Massachusetts with our 2 adult children. We received a friendly greeting from our host upon arrival. The house was very neat and clean and spacious, both inside and out. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice
The views and the location were awesome. However there is basically no internet or tv to speak of.
Great location, about 15 minutes to W Glacier if you take belt loop to 5 star.
Steven and Brenda are very kind and attentive hosts. Perfect place to launch a great glacier week!

Wooded hideaway
The house was in a beautiful setting. The house was set up simply and perfectly for our stay. I was there with my 89 year old mother who has mobility issues, but she had no trouble with the stairs because of the sturdy handrails. The wifi worked great and there were plenty of board games. We enjoyed our stay.
The owner was very friendly. Surprised us with fresh huckleberries. House was very clean and we were lucky enough to have a doe and fawn visit us a few times. It was very quiet and I recommend this property to other travelers. Be sure to enjoy the stars at night.
The house was clean and comfortable with enough room for five adults to spread out. The location is quiet and private. You do have views of the peaks on a clear day! The house is centrally located between Glacier National Park and Columbia Falls. Just a quick 10-15 minute drive to either. Steve, the host, is a great guy and was spot on with his restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
Place was as described. Was well kept and clean. Location was great close enough to Glacier without the crowds. One note: if you plan on cooking you need to bring everything. All cooking utensils are provided but nothing else. Place was great for our needs
I had family coming from out of state who wanted to visit Glacier around July 4th!! With little advance notice, we lucked into finding this place near the West Glacier entrance. But even better luck, was Steve the proprietor, telling us a few off the beaten tracks places to visit in Glacier. It was remarkable and amazingly not crowded!! This place was great for us and we appreciated Steve and Brie’s hospitality!! We would come back again for sure!!
This was our 2nd trip to Glacier and we wanted something closer to the park this time. This fit the bill perfectly....west Glacier entrance, groceries and dining in Columbia Falls, day trip to Whitefish for shopping, all within short drives. Host was very responsive and helpful up to and during our rental. Really enjoyed the solitude, serenity and views. Also made several trip to Blankenship bridge since it was so close. House provided all we needed for another wonderful week at GNP.
This property was perfect for our stay at Glacier. It was a short drive to the entrance but super secluded and quiet. The house was very clean and tidy. Steven was so helpful with any questions we had. There is plenty of space for what we needed. The mattresses were a bit worn and there was low water pressure, which made just made us a bit intentional with the showering process. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Fantastic stay!
The house and property were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the multiple bedrooms, family rooms, large kitchen, patio, and large yard. Steven was an incredible host (he brought us huckleberries right after we arrived). Wifi was sufficient for email, etc., but not streaming. The property is remote enough to feel secluded, but close enough to nearby venues for easy access to GNP and grocery stores in Columbia Falls. We can't wait to return to this magical place!

Great location and very convenient
Great location. You experience the isolation, without having to worry about safety. A very good combination of mountain cabin and modern comfort. Very spacious with four rooms and 1.5 bathrooms on two floors. Good views from the deck and a good sized backyard. Very close to Glacier National Park west entrance. Ideal for medium/large families who are visiting Glacier National Park. Owner's a great guy. Totally worth the money.
The property was perfect for a trip to Glacier with the family during COVID. It's quite remote which is what we were looking for, The access to Glacier, if you follow the signs and drive east from the house, is on dirt roads. Definitely beautiful but not especially well marked and no internet so need to be well prepared with a map. The house was comfortable. Some rentals come with certain items such as shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, etc. The one does not so bring what you need. Steve was very helpful and friendly.
If you have a clear sky you will be able to see the stars. Cabin location is dark skies friendly. We got to see a deer and some cool birds during our stay.
Cabin was very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The property owner stays on property with you in their own cabin. If you are looking for something more remote or private this may not be a the place for you. We were also encouraged to take it easy on the water because of limited water resources. This made it hard to take a hot relaxing shower after a long day of hiking in Glacier because we felt like we had to rush to use less water.
Other than that it had a lot to offer, great windows and outdoor space, lots of natural light, and in situ wilderness vibes.

Not worth the money
Paid $1,000. + for two nights. Bathroom and kitchen were clean so that's good. The house smells musty, is extremely dated and with mismatched flooring, furniture; which is fine for a cheaper price. Linens are colored (can't be bleached clean) and cheap. Towels are well used, dingy white, washcloths are all mismatched retro colored (well used), and the kitchen towels are tired and visibly dingy. Pillows, the worst thing; they were tired, well used, flat, and dingy. I was not excited to lay my head there. View is 95% tall trees, no fires allowed due to forest fire risk. Inside the house is aesthetically uncomfortable - felt dingy even though it was not dirty. Broken, cracked old bedside table lampshade. Ex: retro blue bathtub, lemon yellow vinyl floor, brick red and gold sponge painted accent wall, and large chocolate brown and tan shower tiles in the top floor bathroom. For the money, we were ripped off. It was mostly the gross towels and pillows.

Pretty good
The property is dated, but very clean. The location is very good if you are planning to enjoy glacier National Park and the surrounding area. My issue was that the listing did not say the owner would be on-site. He is in a cabin/small shed at the front of the property. So he is essentially part of your vacation. Also, if you are booking with pets, for some reason, the website does not charge you the full pet deposit, so the owner was there asking for payment right away. Also, it did not say you would be responsible for feeding the owners fish while you were staying in the house. The week we stayed there, the temp was in the 90s everyday, and there is no AC at all on property. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Montana. But this would not be a place we booked again.
