"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. Innanzitutto è mal segnalata: sulla piattaforma di Expedia si trovano sia il civico 22 che il civico 31 ma dalla foto allegata siamo al civico 33 e non è su strada. È una strada sterrata senza indicazioni di sorta.La struttura è vecchia, senza alcuna attrattiva e la facciata è in pessime condizioni.
