This beautiful 2 bedroom turn-of-the-century house is located in downtown Colorado Springs with excellent access to I-25 and near abundant parks, shopping and dining establishments. 4 Blocks from the US Olympic Museum, 2 blocks from the Weidner Field Stadium, and one block from the free shuttle.

There is a fully fenced yard, hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, and other food and cooking items. For your convenience, you will find in the bathroom toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, hairdryer, etc. There are also additional linens, towels, and blankets. The backyard has a gas grill and outdoor seating for barbecues.

The immediate neighborhood is friendly and consists of other homeowners. Shugga's, a Seattle-style coffee/wine bar one block east, and then 1 1/2 blocks further are The Coffee Exchange, Streetcar 520, Atomic Cowboy, Dos Santos, and Coati which is a new gathering place with many restaurants and breweries all under one roof. The Warehouse Restaurant and Gallery, a long-time local favorite, is just three blocks north.
Also nearby are the Pike Peak Center (7 blocks), Colorado College, Fine Arts Center, National Firefighters Memorial, and plenty of restaurants, breweries, and retail shops.
The city has plenty of bike and scooter rental stations nearby and easy to access our miles and miles of bike lanes!

Just minutes away is the 5-star Broadmoor Resort, Garden of the Gods, Helen Hunt Falls, Air Force Academy, Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and the Colorado Springs Airport.

This updated remodeled Victorian house will give you the comfort of your own home with the convenience of being located in the center of EVERYTHING Colorado has to offer and the activities you are seeking to enjoy.

We live close by in the neighborhood, and are available should you need anything.

Dogs are welcome with an additional $60 pet fee per pet, and the yard is fully fenced. Sorry, although I love them, I can not accept cats as my husband is highly allergic.

Beautiful home, right near downtown with many activities to do! Lori was extremely helpful and considerate of our stay! Garden of the Gods is just about a ten minute drive away and pikes peak was just over an hour away for the nature lovers! Amazing stay!

Cute, cozy, clean and close!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were comfortable, fenced in yard was great for the dog, and house was stocked with all the essentials plus more. The location was convenient and it was nice being able to walk to the grocery store, bars, and restaurants. Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs were just a short drive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is absolutely lovely, clean, and cery close to downtown Coloraso Springs. The kitchen has eberything needed to cook your own meals. Lori is wonderful about communicating any concerns and community happenings. LOVED our stay here!

My sister and I visited Colorado Springs to attend for the first time the annual Fire Fighters Memorial. Turned out location for before and after activities were all walking distance! Big plus! House felt like home. It made for a very nice visit. Thank you!

Everything was great, Clean, quiet and plenty of room for my wife and I. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. And good ones too. Check in process couldn’t have been simpler. Bottom Line if/when we return to Colorado Springs we will book this house again.

Loved everything about this stay. House is on a quiet street centrally located within walking distance of many downtown attractions including plenty of restaurants and bars. The house is immaculately restored and maintained. Lori, the property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. Loved how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom were with amenities. We felt completely at home and look forward to our next stay there to further explore the beautiful surrounding areas!

Cozy and Convenient
We chose this property because of its good reviews (all well-deserved!) and its proximity to the shops and restaurants in old Colorado Springs downtown. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City were only a 10-15 minute drive down the road. The house itself was a cozy home-away-from-home, with a well-stocked kitchen. Our host, Lori, was a great resource when it came to suggestions for hiking trails and things to see. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect!
The property was clean, and well taken care of. They had everything we needed to cook, clean, and make ourselves at home, even with our 4 legged family member. The host was very helpful and even went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! The location was perfect for proximity to USAFA and Red Rock, which were our biggest draws for the weekend. Highly recommend.

The house was just what we needed to get away but feel like we were at home. Great food and drinks within walking distance . Lots of extras in the house if needed. However we chose to only use the coffee pot and microwave . Would come back and stay !

This property was exactly what I was looking for during my current stay. The main reason for my trip was a concert at Weidner Stadium, which is just a 5-10 minute walk from the home. There are also food places and coffee shops within walkable distance. It's super easy to get onto the highway and get where you need to go if you rented a car, as well. The property has all the amenities someone would need during their stay, and is very cozy, cute, and comfortable. Lori, the host, is very communicative and responsive, which helps make the stay easier.

Such a great spot near everything downtown!
Lori rescued us by taking our last minute booking after another host canceled on us 2 weeks before Christmas! We've never stayed at such a well stocked property. I realized when I got there I'd forgotten all my toiletries, but everything I needed was under the bathroom sink. While making Christmas dinner, realized I'd forgotten garlic just to find garlic powder in the kitchen. There was even coffee for us. The space was more than ample for the two of us and our dog, who loved the yard. Lori was incredibly communicative despite being on vacation herself during our stay. And the location of the property was perfect, we walked to breakfast and dinner several times during our week long stay, but it's still a quiet street for relaxing at home on nights we stayed in. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Perfect house for our family of 4
My family and I had a wonderful time at this house! My granddaughter who is 6 1/2 said she never wanted to leave....she loved this house. I’m sure the rocking horse had something to do with it. But the house is great. We sat on the enclosed porch a lot due to the monsoon rains that greeted and remained with us. We still managed to do lots of fun things in the area. We were a little concerned about the location of the neighborhood, but all was well. My dogs enjoyed the freedom of the fenced yard as did we. So this vacation was an A+. We had an awesome time. Thanks Lori for such a well equipped house!! If we are in the area again we will look into booking here again!!!!

Perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs
This was my first time in beautiful Colorado Springs and I found everything about it amazing. This house was the perfect place to stay. It’s cute, historic, clean and restored beautifully with a great little grassy backyard that we enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked and has a convenient washer and dryer. We also loved spending time in the comfy queen sized bed. But the downtown location was probably just as important. We were able to walk to a gourmet market for food shopping, plenty of great bars and restaurants all located close by. We were even able to walk to the Olympic museum which was only about 10 minutes. Lori, the property manager couldn’t have been more lovely. She was super responsive to any questions or needs we might have had but not at all intrusive. She has also made it easy for her guests to find something to do every day of the week. The beautiful surrounding areas like garden of the gods are all only a short drive away. I could go on, but suffice to say, our stay there was perfect and I’m looking forward to the next one!

Great location and property
We had a lovely visit to Colorado Springs. This home is located just blocks from downtown and within walking distance to some fun restaurants and bars. It’s also a short drive to all the main attractions of Colorado Springs. It’s very clean and well stocked and has everything you need. Our only issue was the AC. I know you don’t typically need it in CO but it was really hot the week we were there and you couldn’t run all three window units at the same time without blowing a fuse and they’re loud and kept waking us up at night when they’d switch on. The back of the home (kitchen) also never cooled off. All units are up front. A minor inconvenience and if it’s not 95+ out then it shouldn’t bother you. Just our experience. But a great house in a great location!
