Beautiful home and property
We spent Thanksgiving at the property. We had 7 adults in our group and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms (4bd/4bath split between couples), which was great! There was plenty of space for us to spread out and feel comfortable. It was a nice touch to have the Christmas tree set up when we arrived. There is also a grocery store 2min from the property that came in handy for an errand, and Woodland Park/Starbucks is only 15min down the road. The views driving to and while staying at the cabin were epic. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets were captured. Definitely on our list of places we would recommend/stay at again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! There was plenty of room to gather, but everyone also had their own space. We loved walking around with our dog outside. The house was clean and ready for our stay, and the property manager was friendly and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Great location and Great Property
The house is located in a wonderful spot not far from Woodland Park and great hiking and fishing close by. I do wish the listing stated that house does not have AC as it did get hot. Several outside chairs where old and broken and i wish they took advice from HGTV Vacation House rules. Rule number 5 be your guest, most VRBO provide basic needs like some spices, lotion, ect.... It seems they only provide the bare minimum. Its such a beautiful house i think that some better kitchen utensils and spare blankets, or fans would go along way

10 days away
The Ranch was great. Inside and out, I was always comfortable. I'm definitely a clean and orderly person, and the property left me with nothing to complain about. We all enjoyed the surrounding area, which was no more than an hour from many of Colorados destination points. The property owners were quick to come change out some bulbs and make sure we were happy. Great place to stay, and a great group of people that took care of our needs. Highly recommend for all of those reasons, and the best view I've woke up to in a long time!

Wonderful Views
Six of us had an amazing time hiking and enjoying Divide Colorado. The 63 acre ranch was a great place to relax at after a day of hiking on one of the many trails nearby. We found the ranch spotless and the check in was seamless. Great communication - we had a minor maintenance issue and the property manager was instantly available even though it was before 7:00 am in the morning. The only thing we would have liked would have been a few basic staples such as coffee for the first morning after one checks in. Having said that there is a small grocery store 5 minutes away that sells a coffee that is roasted locally that is amazing. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Great week in Divide at the Ranch
We had a wonderful week at the Ranch. House and the property were just beautiful. The view of Pikes Peak was just amazing. We explored the area of Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and Cripple Creek. There was great hiking very near the property. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and more!

Only stayed a couple of days but wished that we could have stayed longer. Breathtaking views, wide open spaces and a beautiful house. Family friendly layout with beautiful architecture. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Grown adults played in the snow and just sat outside and read. Easy access to a few communities for restaurants and shopping. Would love to come back.

Great place for a family getaway
We had a fun family get together with my husband and me, three grown sons, two daughter-in-laws, and two small grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us and all our stuff! The house was beautiful, and kitchen & bathrooms were updated, as advertised. The heat wasn’t working in the basement area. I sent a message our first night, and someone came out the next morning and fixed it. Only negative about the kitchen was it was lacking in paper towels (one roll) and kitchen towels (just two), and no foil, plastic wrap, etc. Might seem silly to complain about, but with 7 adults, 2 children, we could have used more. Other properties we’ve stayed at were well equipped with these items. Also, a kitchen chair and several blinds were broken. It didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves, but something that should be taken care of. Overall, a nice property and close to lots of activities. And we woke up one morning to a spectacular view of Pikes Peak covered in snow!
