Enjoy a truly 'get away from it all' vacation at this secluded, three-story house! Mountain Oasis is perfect for families looking forward to experiencing a true mountain retreat. This family-friendly home has three levels full of comfort and great amenities. On the lower level, you'll find an inviting living space equipped with a comfortable sofa near a wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. As you walk through the hall, you'll come to one bedroom with a queen bed and one bathroom. The second level, also known as the main living area, features another living room equipped with comfortable sofas and another flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances to prepare memorable lunches, delicious breakfasts, and convenient snacks. Here you'll have direct access to the large enclosed yard. And last but not least, the upper level features three more bedrooms (with two queen beds and one king bed) and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). Outside Mountain Oasis, you'll have an extensive enclosed yard, where you'll find a comfortable and rustic seating area and your very own hot tub. There's also a gas grill that will surely delight everyone in the group.

Welcome to Woodland Park, a little mountain town that offers big views of Pikes Peak, the tallest peak in the state. The heart of this charming town is half a mile away and features a plethora of dining options, convenience stores, shops, and grocery stores. Take a short drive less than a mile north and you'll find the Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Research Center, great for kids and families. Outdoor activities here are endless. You can try your hand at hiking, biking, horseback riding, golfing, and so much more! Pikes Peak National Forest is 18 miles away and is another big draw, with over one million pristine acres practically at your doorstep.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
