Resort located in the heart of Colorado Springs

Beautiful views in a full and private basement apartment that is newly remodeled. Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25.

We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. Perfect Stay for a Birthday
We had a wonderful time staying here for our little guys first birthday. The house is in the perfect location and very relaxing. Ann and Steve were so accommodating and kind, they really made our stay wonderful. Wed definitely stay here again!

Anne and Steve were excellent hosts with a beautiful property. My boyfriend and I stayed an entire week and felt at home the whole time. There were so many amenities, and the communication with our hosts was kind and timely.

A Beautiful Getaway

Surrounded by trees, the area provided a place for deer watching, fires, and hot tubbing. We also had good conversations with the owners as they were right next door.

Secret peaceful hideaway!
Enjoyed the hilltop view, jacuzzi in the snow, warm fireplace to unwind. Perfect for a family week trip with everything close by to hike snd explore. Steve is quick to respond for anything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was exactly what we needed, updated, and very clean. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking out our back door to a view. Our children loved seeing the deer right out our back door. Steve was very helpful and kind.100% recommend!

Quiet and peaceful
Very nice accommodation. The host/owner met us and explained how some of the amenities worked. There was little to 0 noise in the neighborhood. The king bed is very comfortable.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and the host was very friendly. We found the kitchen a little hard to cook in and didn’t realize that we needed to provide our own charcoal until to late. The hot tub was amazing!

Family Vacation
We loved our basement VRBO. We never heard any noise from upstairs. We loved the deer that came to the yard on a daily basis. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Only downside is the kitchen needed more cooking stuff for our liking.

Great place and owners!
We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the thoughtful touches like nightlights in every room, and dimmers on the can lights in the ceilings. Steve put great effort into being sure we were comfortable. It was a great location, too.

Very nice stay
Just as many of the other reviews stated, Steve is awesome. Super friendly and most willing to help guide in anyway. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend to others who are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. This home is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. If you stay here we would highly recommend eating at the View House. We had great service and enjoyed a wonderful meal and live music!

Property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful outside space. Can hear neighbors upstairs in the morning and evening but if you're out early and in late it's a non-issue. Just one heads up - the shower is a bit small. All in all, it was a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Would stay again

Peaceful retreat in the city!
Great space for a couple sisters to getaway and enjoy Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub right outside our door and terrific firepit and patio. Secluded in a beautiful woods-like setting yet easy and close to get to all the sights. Mule deer are like pets and walk right up to you in the hot tub or at the firepit. Steve and Ann are awesome hosts and easily available if needed. They provided recommendations and also have lots of great information available in their guest book and other reading material. A wonderful experience; we would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great views and better hosts, if in the area a fantastic place.
My wife and I were visiting Colorado Springs for a friend's wedding and when we found this place, we found a diamond in the rough, or in our case on a hill. We were doing mostly day trips so the 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a jacuzzi tub was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and there were enough places to go nearby for food. Steven and Ann were fabulous hosts, making sure everything was ready and very responsive with communication, setting expectations along the way. If we are back in the area, we are definitely going back. You will enjoy the stay.

A gem of a place to stay
If you are looking for a place to stay in the Colorado Springs area, look no further. This VRBO was everything as advertised....clean, two queen beds (super comfortable), a great kitchen, and a hot tub, fire pit and charcoal grill. All in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners live upstairs and leave you alone and are quiet. Close to all of the major Colorado attractions (Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, Santa's Workshop, hiking, biking, Manitou Springs). Book now before it is taken!!
