This private charming cottage house has a queen sized bedroom, living room, full kitchen and updated bathroom making this the perfect stay for couples or the solo traveler. The updated bathroom, full kitchen, and off street parking provides everything you need for a short or extended stay. The cozy living room has everything for a relaxing stay; A reclining couch, smart TV, and high-speed internet (300 up and down). The check in and out is easy hassle-free keyless entry with the attached smart locks.

Guest access:

You will have access to the whole carriage house, and the dedicated alley parking. 2 vehicles, with additional street parking.

A very clean cozy place...good location. Only drawback was with the heat, there was not enough A/C to handle the heat even with the fan. May consider a small A/C unit in the window over the kitchen sink. Other than dealing with the heat...an enjoyable stay.
