This charming home features wood laminate flooring, new granite countertops, and a remodeled kitchen equipped with all the essentials! The living room has a Smart TV for streaming and a desk if you needed to work during your stay. Additionally, there is a loft which serves as the perfect hide-away for relaxing or enjoying your favorite book. After a day full of adventure, unwind in the private backyard around the warm fire pit while watching the family enjoy the spacious yard. Your furry friend is also welcome to stay and enjoy the cozy home and large, fenced in yard! Stay comfortable year-round with our new central heating and cooling system.

Perfect weekend retreat
The house was perfect for our weekend trip to the springs. It's all newly renovated with modern touches. The neighborhood seems to be in a bit of a transition with newer nicely maintained homes and yards and some older overgrown less cared for homes. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet and it suited our needs perfectly.
