People were nice but the hotel was very dirty and you can tell the rooms were redone somewhat recently but very poorly done. Like the floor had gaps in it. And then our window there was a brifht led light from the outside shinning into our window.

Staff was nice other than the fact that the lady spoke almost zero English, room was somewhat clean. They lock you in and out of the hotel after midnight, you can’t get in and you can’t walk out to your car. Pretty sure that’s illegal…Constant renovations being done while family was trying to sleep plus the screaming children in the room next to us. Had to ask several times for trash and towels during a 4 day stay. We paid for a place with a indoor pool only to be told it wasn’t in working order along with the rest of the amenities. We ended up leaving a day early just to escape to somewhere quiet and lost the money for the night.

New owners are updating the property and have made great strides in improving the rooms and hotel interior and exterior. The price was a real bargain for Colorado Springs near the Air Force Academy. I look forward to staying at this property next time I am in Colorado Springs.
