Our cozy, newly updated condo is located in Sherwood Condominiums. As the name implies, the courtyard is a groomed, forested area with a wonderful evergreen scent. In the exact opposite corner of the complex, you will find the pool which we are hoping to have open soon! From your reserved carport space, shopping, restaurants and several attractions are just a short drive away!

3 friends and I enjoyed 3 nights at this property. The grounds are lovely and the unit had everything we needed. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The infrared lights in both bathrooms were a real treat. We were about a 20 minute drive from Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs. It was clean and well kept and a perfect location for all of the activities that we had planned. It had everything that we needed with lots of little extra touches. Check in/out was easy and communication with the owner was top notch.

Quick Overnight Stay
There were many simplicities in this stay. The booking, check-in, communication with the host, and check-out were easily managed. The host had everything ready for us and allowed us to check in early, if we arrived early. The condo was clean and organized. The host responded within minutes while we were in the condo. Lastly, the location was quiet and we had a comfortable night's stay.

The inside of the property was very clean and comfortable. The location worked for our needs while at a tournament and is not far from most attractions. Paula, the property owner, was very prompt to reply with any questions or concerns.

Friendly host + homey amenities
This aesthetic home is so comfortable with very cosy vibes! Loved all the extras! Books, coffee and hot tea, big bottles of shampoo, etc which is so nice when you fly in. There's a grocery store just across the corner and we really enjoyed the authentic Mexican food in the area: Hidalgo's Kitchen and a couple food trucks. This was a great home base for visiting the Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak! The only slight cons were that the interior doors don't close easily. Didn't bother us as we were just family. Also would've enjoyed a couple chairs outside on the little porch. Would recommend and Paula is a wonderful host!! :)

The property was as stated and really good for the price. However, the air conditioner does not cool the home and the bedrooms were hot at night. She had several fans and a portable AC to use so I'm sure this is not a new problem but we made the best of it. The property is an older home in an older community but well taken care of inside. We also has some ants in the house but no bugs. We did notice that Colorado Springs has a large number of homeless but were only a problem when out not at the home. Again for the price we were content. The owner was quick to answer when contacted.

Property very nice, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. We unfortunately had some car troubles and needed to extend our stay. The host was quick to respond and made a frustrating situation much better! We visit the Springs regularly as we have family there. We will definitely use this property again.
