Excellent Manitou condo
The condo is lovely and had everything we needed! It is in a great location. It was perfect for our family with the kid friendly downstairs area and the bedrooms upstairs and 3 TVs. It’s very comfortable and has a nice outdoor patio and deck to relax. I definitely recommend this condo and would return happily.

Friend reunion with cozy stay
Overall very satisfied with my stay. The space felt welcoming and safe. The pillows could be slightly better but the rooms were comfortable outside of that. It was a great space to hang out with old college friends and catch up.

Manitou Springs Weekend
We had a wonderful time in Manitou Springs. The condo was everything advertised. Loved the three levels. So much room and plenty of privacy when you wanted it. Great location with quick access everywhere. The pictures are true to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day.

We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any issues with any function of the condo. The separation of the two upstairs bedrooms and lower room was nice.I would recommend a stay here anytime.

Had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed townhouse less than a mile from downtown Manitou Springs. Easy parking. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Easy access to all the nearby sites including the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dweller Museum, and more. Thanks for an enjoyable few days!

The owners have great communication and even gave us a dinner recommendation! Our stay only ended up being a quick few hours since one of my sons broke his arm while we were gone, but Im sure the beds would have been very nice to sleep in:) will try again another time!

Manitou get away
This rental was in the perfect location to enjoy Manitou Springs and the surrounding areas. We went specifically to hike and we were less than one mile from some of the most picturesque hiking I have ever done. The owner was responsive to all emails and made checking in and out a breeze. The condo was immaculate with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Looking forward to returning many times.

This rental was fabulous. The owner made check in and out a breeze and was readily available for questions. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do, hiking, shopping, spa, and good dining was within a mile. The condo was immaculate and had everything needed to enjoy the comforts of home. We all enjoyed our stay here. It was five family members, and we basically used the space to sleep. We were out, exploring most of the time, and it was convenient for Manitou Springs, which we love and garden of the gods, which was great hiking. Quick responses to any inquiries we made. Top notch owners, and managers.

Overall the property is spacious, clean and well laid out. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in the area. Our biggest issues were that the bunk bed was so loud and creaky that the kids refused to sleep in it after one night. There was also a motion sensitive light that came on and off outside of the basement windows all night that kept our teen awake. Other than those issues though, the property was wonderful.

Weekend Manitou Getaway
This condo is just the right size for small family groups visiting the area. The downstairs had the perfect set up for the kids while the grown-ups relaxed upstairs. The property manager was quick to respond to an issue with the sliding glass door upon arrival. I appreciated the follow-up from the homeowner. The kitchen could use some new cook wear as we found making breakfast a challenge without baking sheets and scraped up skillets and chef knives seemed dull and hard to use. Over all we had a great weekend with our families and are looking forward to next year.. There is so much to see.

great location and clean. bed in master was comfortable. bunk bed downstairs needs adjusting, noisy. the only reason i gave this property 3 stars is because of EVOLVE PROPERTY MANAGENT who tried to price guage me for almost $800 FOR ONE NIGHT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO ADD ONE NIGHT TO MY RESERVATION so we had to find another place for that night. SHAME ON THEM!!
