This house shares river access and is a short walk from penny arcades, a zip line, shops, bars and restaurants in downtown Manitou Springs. The cabin itself has its own deck just outside the dining area and also has access to the wonderful river behind.The entire home has been remodeled with a new kitchen all new electrical, flooring and new bathrooms.Too tired to cook, no problem! A few blocks walk and you are right in the middle of town with all sorts of food and beverage choices not to mention great shopping and a penny arcade. Loved this house...had my coffee by the river every morning. Proximity to town was awesome. Want to rent all three units sometime soon.

My adult kids and I had a wonderful time at the property. Perfect location after long days exploring the area. Check in and check out were super easy and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
Loved the short walking distance to downtown activities, a short mile uphill walk to Cog Railway & Incline which avoided extra parking fees. Great overall experience!
We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The home is within walking distance of all the cute shops and restaurants in Manitou. It is also very close to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. The home is quiet and kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Plan on coming back again!
Cleanliness was exceptional. So quiet and well lit at night if you e been late walking home. within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space to accommodate additional guests. We would absolutely come back. Such a lovely little town and such history!
This property is in a fantastic location, short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main street through town. Its also a very short drive to many of the attractions like the cog railway, cliff dwellings and cave of the winds. The property was clean and the kitchen had a wide variety of pots, pans and utensils. I would definitely stay here again!
Location is walking distance to everything and it’s right on the creek. There are 3 cabins, we rented one but are already planning a trip with enough people to rent all 3!
We stayed during the largest snow that they had in over three years. The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay despite the weather. The only setback I had was that the host did not respond to messages unless a question was directly asked and the response was very short and to the point and it was hours or even a day later. Other than that, the cabin was perfect and I would recommend people staying here!
A group of friends and I came out to Pike’s Peak for my 50th Birthday. This place was perfectly located! We did drive up to the train depot but could’ve walked it. We parked back at the property and walked to downtown and enjoyed shopping, dining and the penny arcade! The stream outback made for a good spot to sip some morning coffee. I will definitely stay at this place again!

The kitchen is amazing.
We had a wonderful weekend. The location is amazing. Short walk to everything downtown and a 5 minute drive to the Garden of the Gods which was beautiful.
Kids wanted to move in and stay there. They had fun at the arcade and decent food options.
My wife and I went to The Mona Lisa, a fondue place in town that was incredible (not cheap!).
We had breakfast at Persephone Grae's Cafe & Juice Bar which was also quite good. Great pancakes (huge!)
Overall had a blast!
Came to Manitou a few days early for a wedding further up the mountain in Twin Lakes. We loved the house with easy access and walkability to everything in town. Enjoyed Pikes Peak and the Manitou Incline (1 mile easy walk to get there)
We fell in love with the creek in the back and spent many hours just sitting and enjoying nature.
House was well stocked, loved having a washer/dryer. We will be back again and again!!
We just finished celebrating my husband’s birthday in Manitou Springs. We prefer vacations when the car can be parked and forgotten about, and this property is within walking distance to every restaurant and coffee shop and trail that you can imagine. It was perfect! We stayed just shy of a week which was plenty of time to become friends with all of the locals. This is such a beautiful and inviting community. I can’t wait to come back. Construction directly in front of cabin kept us from having a restful outdoor experience. Parking was a huge issue as we came from different states and had four cars.
