The photos speak for themselves. Experience Colorado Springs with your partner or group in this tastefully updated century home. A high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, 4 BR's, 2 baths, and heated tile floors, as well as multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas - featuring a new hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock chair, porch swing, and a gas grill. Close to everything COS has to offer if you want, but you might not ever want to leave. Welcome to Three Oaks.

We provide a high chair, baby gate, and portable crib for your convenience. In addition to the two kings and two queen beds, we also have a queen blow up air mattress. We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay. If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180.

Delightful stay
Very comfortable house with a great front porch and relaxing backyard with firepit and hot tub! Everything was so cozy and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfectly located for easy drives to Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek and more!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including toothpaste which we forgot to bring. It was very clean and really close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A little piece of Heaven!

Just what we needed
The property is not only historic and lovely, but situated near local attractions. It is equipped with everything we needed, including small breakfast items, coffee and hot tea. The hot tub was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend for families and couples.

We love this house. It’s our second time renting. The hosts are responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds comfortable and dining room fabulous for family meals. The hot tub was clean and hot. And the back patio a great place to hang out. We plan to stay again.

This property was wonderful. The location was great and the house was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there. This was one of the nicest stays I’ve had. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the neighborhood. The beds and home furnishings were comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very helpful before and during our stay. We will be back.

Fabulous property
We had an amazing stay at this property in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and centrally located. They thought of everything, ie luggage racks, hooks everywhere for towels, coats, etc, towels specifically for hot tub, anything one could need in the kitchen, toiletry items, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you forgot yours, etc. The owners were super responsive and available to answer questions, as needed. No complaints at all and would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Incredible Experience
Our family visited Colorado Springs for my Father's memorial service and this house could not have been more perfect to accommodate everyone. We had a great family evening cooking smores and sitting in the hot tub. The landlord was so helpful, all the way to assisting with finding a babysitter. We thank you for providing such a beautiful and fully equipped sanctuary during such a sad time.

Comfortable and stylish home away from home
Tasteful design and thoughtful touches made a our family trip more special. It felt like a real home for our nearly one week stay. Super clean, comfortable and cute. The interior was well planned. The outdoor space was perfect, even in the cooler early Spring weather. Plenty of room for folks to have their own space and yet still felt cozy. Great location for Colorado College and the restaurants that we wanted to try were usually about 10 mins away or less. Easy check in / out and responsive communication with the hosts. If we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely come back here.

Cute and Quirky Stay Close to CC and DT
This is a well appointed, updated home and we enjoyed our short stay but were surprised by the late check-in (5pm) and early check-out (10 am). We were also surprised that the main-floor bathroom is only accessible via a bedroom and that you need to walk through the queen BR on the second floor to access the 4th (2nd King) BR. The house is located on a street with a bus line and can be noisy, but the back-yard is well appointed and relatively private/quiet. The owners were very communicative and the house was well stocked.

Family Vacation Home Base
Great home for my family of five vacation to Colorado Springs. Each of my three teenage daughters had their own bed which they loved. The house was immaculate and looked newly renovated, the beds were very comfortable (probably the best we've ever had) and we used the backyard fire pit and backyard hot tub every night. The owner was super responsive for any questions we had. The location was great and was quiet. Only a mile from downtown where there were great restaurants / coffee and ice cream shops, etc. and very close to the new US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Garden of the Gods and within 30-60 minutes to zip lines and river rafting. Highly recommend and will stay again whenever in Colorado Springs.

Everything has that little extra!
As a VRBO landlord I was impressed with this rental. Every detail was thought through and there were many unique extras you don't normally find. Extra toiletries, plenty of coffee for the entire stay, plenty of towels, and easy access to the Hot Tub. The house is well taken care of and complete. Highly recommend.
