🏊 Pool: The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, perfect for enjoying the warmer months. It is drained at the start of Fall and refilled each Summer, ensuring it's ready for your summer relaxation
📄 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In: Your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
🧴 Starter Supplies: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: We welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout: Unauthorized late checkouts incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.
