This modern above garage apartment suite is set in Downtown Colorado springs and offers accommodation with a fully stocked kitchen. 1 bedroom with a cozy king bed and a full bathroom complete with jetted tub. Wifi is available throughout the venue to keep you connected. We offer coffee and keep the bathroom stocked with all those vacation items you tend to forget.

At Pikes retreat you will be within a 20-min walk of the Olympic training center and 0.7 miles from the oldest golf course in town. Colorado Collage is just down the road. The property is 1.2 miles from the city center and is an easy walk. Surrounded by cute coffee shops and quaint restaurants.

You will reach the United States Air force Academy within a 20 min drive and the Colorado Springs Airport is based 10 miles away from the venue .

The space-

Amazing spot with a great view for couples or the working business person. Very quite on a dead-end road with plenty of seclusion.

Please keep in mind our home has multiple units with 2 amazing vacation rentals with coded entry. There are separate entrances for each unit and they do not share a wall as this unit is above the garage (Please note there are stairs leading up to the apartment.)

Guests that rent this apartment will access the rental by walking past the patio door on the main level(Our other unit). We hope that this wont be bothersome if you choose to rent from us but we like to list it for full transparency.

The hot tub and outdoor areas are a shared space.

Although the outdoor spaces are shared guests rarely interact. If you have further questions or concerns please reach out.

Best place in Colorado Springs!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My Wife and I stayed here to be close to everything and we wanted a nice place while we eloped! The place is tucked back in a private road and is absolutely stunning. Inside looks newly renovated and will not disappoint. Great stay and great area!

Perfect Oasis right in Colorado Springs
This was a lovely property with plenty of space and a gorgeous view. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. The owners were helpful and responsive. We loved being right in the city but feeling like we were not. Would definitely book here again.

Anniversary getaway
We stayed in this rental for a few days while on a short anniversary getaway trip. The host was communicative, the space was trendy, clean, and functional, and the location was within a 15 min drive to most things we needed. The hot tub and Jacuzzi tub were nice, relaxing perks. Lovely property
The unit is recently and very nicely renovated and in a great neighborhood that is convenient to downtown. Comfy bed and beautiful built-in storage with drawers and hanging space for clothing. We are frequent visitors to CO Springs and will happily stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hosts graciously let us check in a day early on a very last minute booking. Communication with the hosts was great. The location was so peaceful it hardly felt like we were in a city- and the view was awesome. Everything was clean and well stocked. The jacuzzi was a major bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Mike and Megan's upstairs apartment was pristine. I felt like royalty. This was one of the best listings I've ever stayed at. The washer and dryer with detergent was a godsend! The hot tub, bath tub with jets, and king bed were also incredible. Its a perfect place for a solo weekend or for a couple. I cannot recommend this listing enough

Beautiful little home.
The place we stayed was clean and beautiful. The esthetics made it cozy and welcoming. It had what we needed. It was a quiet area. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and hot! The home had other units but we couldn't really tell. I would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable and clean. We had to work remote part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! The location is on a dead end Street so there is complete privacy. if we come to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous stay
I've been in Colorado Springs area for work for a few months. Out of all of the places I have stayed, this has so far been my favorite. My only regret is, that I wanted to book it for another week and it was already booked for that desired week. If your looking for a gorgeous apartment with all the amenities of home in a great location dont hesitate, and wait too long to make your reservation.

You can’t always trust google.
Very nice, well kept and clean property. We would stay here again. You just can not trust google with the pic. The address showed was correct however the pic from the street view (which said it was taken 1 week ago) is not the same. Which made us wonder if we got scammed. It was just a dated pic. The property was very nice.
