Wonderful property with great access to many Colorado Springs attractions. So many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly town. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our time with great friends.

123 canon ave stay for usaf academy graduation
This is our second stay and it is our favorite place in Colorado to visit. The location is just outstanding and it’s always spotlessly clean when we get there. This was a big day for our family with my son graduating from the US Air Force Academy and this was the perfect place to celebrate.

Wonderful Weekend
We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this home in beautiful downtown Manitou. The accommodations were nice and the space was enjoyable for our entire family. The location of this property was easy to enjoy the downtown walking to shops and restaurants. It had a convenient parking space also available during our stay. The property was well taken care of and all amenities made us feel at home. We look toward to hopefully booking this home again on another visit.

Amazing property
We stayed here for 4 nights. The property has an amazing location. It was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The river next to it was so cool! The showers had shampoos and soaps available. Very appreciated. Curtains to the windows would be a nice update. Overall very happy with our stay! I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic experience
Above and beyond expectations! Excellent location, the entire upstairs level is yours. 3 minutes walk from Main Street filled with bars, restaurants and boutiques/gift shops & an arcade. Raving about this place, my family and I absolutely loved it. Creek wraps around building creating a very peaceful experience.

Great location in charming town
This was a well-equipped flat in a perfect location to explore Manitou Springs and surrounding areas. Easy drive to the Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy and Pikes Peak. Town itself is bohemian, charming, and cool. Easy to walk from the apartment. Only challenges were finding the parking initially (glad we had a picture from the owner) and the WiFi was slow But overall we loved it and would definitely recommend. We’d love to come back!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a small deck that overlooks the stream below. Although over a retail establishment, the property and the rooms were quiet and peaceful. Location is unbeatable - steps from dinner, drinks, parks, and less than 10 minutes from several local attractions. There is a nice little office from which to "work from home" when necessary. Internet was fast and reliable. If you want to absorb Manitou Springs and need extra space, would recommend this spot.

What a gem!
Great location, clean, and perfect for a family. I rated the “accuracy of listing” as a three though because the “Queen” bed in one of the bedrooms is really a full size bed. However, there was a bonus room/office that we dragged a desk out of and bought an air mattress for our son. We were going to have the twins share the Queen, but they are 6’5” and 6’3” and they did not fit in the full. While it’s not technically a bedroom, I would put a twin trundle day bed in there and you can sleep a few more. Or at least spread out a little more. My only other minor comment is that the living had 2 chairs and a love seat, not enough space for everyone (mom/dad and four kids) to hang out comfortably. There is plenty of room for a couch, even a sectional. I say this is a minor issue, because we were hardly in the vrbo with so many great things to do in Manitou Springs, COS, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc. I especially loved the spring water sounds as background noise! We give you extra points for having coffee filters, spices, a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/soap - not having to buy them (which we would have since we flew) was a huge perk. Thank you!

Clean and roomy, but issues.
The condo was roomy, clean and very well located to all downtown Manitou Springs attractions. We did have some issues with the property. If you look at the photos of the property it clearly shows a DVR and cable box. That is not true. There are no cable channels and the only way to view tv is to use your own streaming login. There was a ROKU but if you have no ROKU account you have no tv coverage. Luckily our guests brought an Apple TV streaming device and had a HULU account. Which brings me to the next issue and that was the antiquated router and internet speed. It was slow and caused issues when both watching tv and logging on to the internet. Neither of the two gas fireplaces work. There was a pilot light but we were unable to light either. Also the furnace which is situated close to the great room creates a lot of noise. The bedrooms need room darkening blinds as the street lights below create a lot of light. The 3rd bedroom is open to the Master bedroom and you have to walk through the Master to get out. It was disappointing as we wanted to like this especially because of the location but for the price I would look elsewhere.

Great Location
Wonderful time away. This condo is in a perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and attractions of Manitou Springs. It's also steps away from the penny arcade which has all the old school games. So fun! We also walked to the Cog train railway station for Pike's Peak. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It also comes with parking which is huge savings. I would recommend staying here while visiting Manitou Springs.

I am so glad I booked this home in Manitou Springs! The home itself was lovely - well-stocked, spacious and light-filled, and pretty views. Everything was spotless upon check in, and clear and helpful instructions were provided for accessing the home. The icing on the cake is the location (directly in town and in the middle of restaurants, shops and entertainment) and the dedicated parking spot. After seeing other people over my week in Manitou Springs desperately searching for parking, I was doubly glad to have booked a place with a dedicated spot. I'd absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful property! Pictures do not do this place justice! Perfect location smack dab in the center of town! Private parking spot. Across the street your morning coffee! Covered outdoor patio area w/bbq. Wonderful private secured entrance. Seriously was in walking distance for all of Manitou due to location. Very clean.

Great spot in Manitou Springs
We enjoyed our stay! The property manager was great working with us on the check-in and we had good communication throughout our stay. The home is right on a brook with peaceful sounds and there are nice views out the windows. It was a spacious and comfortable space for us right in downtown so lots of dining options within walking distance. We also hiked Manitou Incline roundtrip from here. Our only concern was the WiFi was weak and a little spotty. It is also above a bit of an odd shop but once we got inside, the property was very nice.
