Wouldn’t stay again
Very Disappointed. As former BnB owner, I’m accustomed to providing basic comfort features, clean and comfortable. This cabin feels very cluttered with items not needed - feels like left over garage sale items got dumped here. But missing some (what I consider essential comforts). Noted following items while at cabin: Microwave FILTHY - red splatter all over interiorOven dirty Sheets had hair stuck in them Wet stinky laundry in dryer No detergent to wash above stinky laundry Sponge at sink filthy and stinky - no dish rags or clean spongeOne dish towel for 3 day stayLights that don’t work at ceiling fan in living room No lamps in bedroom - only overhead lightAged looking food in fridge No towel racks in bathroom No alum foil Has coffee maker but no coffee pot. Zero drinking glasses. Lotta coffee cups Zero serving or larger spoons. Only small teaspoons. Worn out cookware and bakeware Black moldy filter on humidifier in bedroomToilet constant leak into bowl Couch Cushions worn out - not comfortable. Pros: Very quiet; Lot of firewood; Starlink; nice deck; nice hot tub; large TV

Charming, but dirty & haphazard
Upon arrival the cabin was visibly grimy…rugs and couches were full of dog hair, dishes were still dirty and every shelf had a layer of dust on it. After cleaning ourselves with the supplies we could scrounge up— vacuum didn’t work, no laundry detergent in sight— the place started to seem more charming and homey. But soon enough we stumbled upon more issues— there was no lighter for the wood burning stove, the kitchen shelves and tabletops were wobbly and barely hanging on, and the TV remote barely worked. The hot tub was nice and the location was remote and peaceful, but this place needs a LOT of work. On top of all of that…we barely slept a wink due to the bed being very firm & uncomfortable. I would say if you are looking for a glorified camping trip, then this place is perfect for you. Otherwise I would stay far away and look for something much more accommodating.

Amazing Cabin for winter weather
Had an absolutely amazing stay. Matt was super communicative, especially with lots of winter weather, and we were able to make it safely to the property. The Cabin is well stocked and cozy, with all the kitchen needs, really hot water and good pressure in the shower, small fire stove kept us nice and warm all thru the night. Views from the cabin are INCREDIBLE, beautifully positioned to view the surrounding area, and lots of deer in the area for early morning watching. The Hot tub was clean, warm and invitiing, and even had bluetooth speakers and lights! Great for big open-sky viewing of stars late at night, or an early morning dip. Great space, great contact, would rent this place again!
