Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Centrally located home. Our recently renovated space features stylish décor & comfortable furnishings to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The space
Pull down a long drive way with plenty of parking, to a Cute B&W Cottage, With room to run in the front and back of the house. You'll step onto the front patio to find a beautiful view of Pikes Peak then enter through charming French Doors.
The living room offers lots of light, with a chess board to your right , among other games to entertain you and your guests. A 50" mounted TV to the left that swivels for a perfect view from the couch.
Next to the couch you'll find a bar equipped with a wine opener, shaker and other tools to make your perfect Cocktail!

Adjacent to the living room is a Full bathroom w/ a tub and shower. Equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable including a Hairdryer, fresh towels, Make up Remover, Shampoo and Conditioner.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a New Memory Foam Mattress, Luxury Linens and plenty of different pillows to fit to your liking!
The second bedroom has a Trundle bed- with two New Memory Foam mattresses. Easy to pull out to accommodate a Second sleeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, oven and Toaster. Along with all of the essentials to make your favorite meal just like you would at your own home. You'll find bottled water and other treats upon your arrival!

The Breakfast room... My favorite room! You'll find a trestle table that seats 5, big beautiful windows to soak in the sunrise and a Coffee bar stocked with Coffee and Creamer to start your day off right!

step out of the breakfast room into the backyard with patio seating, Cornhole, the cutest string lights across the grass and a fire pit!

Laundry is located in the one room basement with a brand new washer and dryer!
