Welcome to our remodeled, centrally located 4-Bedroom 2-Bathroom house in beautiful Colorado Springs! This stunning ranch-style house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to explore everything this wonderful city has to offer.

Upon entering the main floor, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living room and fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to cook up a storm during your stay should you wish to do so. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining and relaxing with a large 65-inch smart HDTV for entertainment.

The main floor also boasts two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a 55-inch smart HDTV. A pack-and-play is available for those traveling with an infant or toddler. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A modern full bathroom with a shower completes this level.

Descend to the basement and you'll find a family room perfect for movie nights or game tournaments with a 65-inch smart HDTV. This level has two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio area with plenty of seating and a grill for enjoying al fresco meals during warmer months. The back patio also hosts a hot tub to keep you warm and relaxed during the winter months or on those cold nights in the spring, summer, and fall. The hot tub can accommodate 6-7 guests. The backyard includes a firepit and plenty of seating for your enjoyment.

The driveway provides parking for up to two cars and ample street parking for additional cars. Access for guests is through the main door using a smart lock and guests do not have access to the garage.

This is our home away from home when we want to get out of the hustle and bustle of Denver. We have done our best to equip the house with everything we need to be comfortable when away from home. We enjoy hiking through the Garden of Gods on warm days and taking our kids to the bowling alley located a stone's throw from home on those cold days.

Best of all, our home is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs. In addition, this home is close to attractions, including the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. You'll also be close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.
