Retreat to the tranquility of the Master bedroom on the main level, outfitted with a premium Nectar Premier Copper Hybrid Mattress for unparalleled comfort and support. Indulge in the sleek, newly remodeled walk-in shower in the upstairs bathroom, complete with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added comfort and convenience. Downstairs, a fun-filled family room awaits, equipped with games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Two additional bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of outdoor adventures, including a queen bedroom with a Nectar Premier Copper Hybrid Mattress and a bunk room perfect for kids, featuring 12" thick memory foam twin mattresses. The downstairs bathroom is also freshly remodeled, featuring a shower and bathtub combination.

You’ll have access to the surrounding woods to explore. The surrounding neighborhood has three ponds and a lake that you can walk around. Fishing and water activities are only available to property owners at this time.

Seasonal Access:Summer: 4WD/AWD unnecessary, but be prepared for bumpy dirt roads in the area. The driveway's length and winding nature requires slow driving.

November-May: 4WD/AWD vehicle highly recommended. The long, winding driveway is unpaved, and while plowed after 2" of snowfall, some snow/ice may remain due to our mountain environment. Neighborhood roads plowed at 6+ inches of snow.

We aim to ensure a safe and comfortable arrival for all our guests. Please let us know if you have any other questions about accessing the cabin during your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
While we respect our guests' privacy, we are readily available through our messaging app or by phone should any needs or questions arise during your stay.

Other details:
Climate & Altitude:
- The cabin does not have air conditioning, which is typical in this area. Take advantage of our cool mountain nights by opening the windows and doors to let in the fresh air. Fans are provided to help circulate the refreshing breeze.
- Please note that the cabin's elevation is 9,200 feet. Some guests may experience altitude sickness. We recommend resting upon arrival, staying well-hydrated, wearing sunscreen, and avoiding alcohol to help acclimate.

Fire Safety:
- For the safety of all guests and the surrounding area, open fires are not permitted due to the high wildfire risk. Guests will be asked to depart immediately if any fire activity is detected.

Check-In/Out:
- Early check-in or late checkout may be accommodated for a $50/hour fee, pending availability and advance approval. Please inquire about this convenient option.
- A $300 deep cleaning fee will apply if our pet or smoking (indoors) policies are violated to ensure a healthy environment for future guests.
- We appreciate your cooperation in vacating promptly. A 10-minute grace period is provided, after which a $75 fee applies for every 30 minutes overstayed.

We aim to provide a private and peaceful getaway while remaining available via our messaging app or phone to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay.
Common Areas: Due HOA rules, guests do not have access to community lakes for fishing or boating. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the views and walk around the lake in designated areas at their leisure.

ATVs/UTVs: Due to local regulations, these are not permitted on-site and are only permitted for use on designated trails. Additionally, trailers are not permitted due to driveway limitations.

Hot Tub Maintenance: To ensure a clean and safe experience, our professional technician performs weekly maintenance. We strive to notify you in advance (if possible). The technician only needs access to the hot tub area.

Maintaining a clean and healthy environment is important to us. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence is found of pets or smoking on the property, as it requires additional cleaning measures due to owner allergies.

Early Arrivals/Departures: Inquire for availability. Fee applies ($50/hour). Late Check-out: $75/half hour after designated time.
