Great place to stay - house was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and got to see deer everyday. Great location and communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house with perfect location!
The house has been renovated and is very clean. Great house for all ages including a toddler. The location is close to all tourist attractions in Colorado Springs. We will stay here again!

Excellent for business stay
Nice, clean and well stocked. Close to Broadmoor, but a bit of an uphill hike. Driveway is a little steep - my rental car didn't like it lol.

Wedding at Broadmoor with 3 other couples. Perfect place to stay to be able to walk to the wedding venue. Beds were comfortable and the house was the perfect size. A little tight on the patio for the group but enough seating for 6! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Fabulous house
Probably the best VRBO we've stayed in. Great location to explore the Colorado Springs area. Fantastic appliances, TVs, and bathrooms, not to mention the beds. The kitchen was well stocked not just with plates and utensils but also larger pots and pans and plenty of spices/seasonings.

House was exactly as advertised! Very quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed - nicely decorated throughout. Coffee within walking distance- always good. Beautiful view from the back patio. Comfortable spaces. Would stay here again and again!

Loved every minute
This was a great spring break vacation for me and my family! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), and the house was clean and beautifully updated. Erik was very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and within easy driving distance of Pike's Peak, Garden of the God's, and so many other things. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs at the VRBO. It was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking for our family. Nice location close to the Broadmore.

FINE STAY
HAD A CONFERENCE AT THE BROODMOORE AND ON THE MAP IT LOOKED LIKE EASY WALK. HOWEVER THE WALK WAS NOT SO EASY AND WE HAD TO DRIVE THERE EVERY TIME. HOUSE WAS FINE, GOOD ACCOMIDATIONS, CLEAN, WATER PRESSURE NOT THE BEST BUT LINEN AND TOWELS WERE EXCELLENT.

Get ready for Philmont
Our adult and youth crew was prepping for Philmont Scout camp trek in Colorado Springs. The house was perfectly sited for us to acclimate to the altitude and had every feature we needed for a comfortable weekend, plus easy access to garden of the gods and Manitou Springs. Our hosts Erik was extremely responsive to questions and had the house immaculately prepared. 5 Star recommendation!
