The Space:
Welcome to Bonny Creation. This charming cottage has been completely remodeled, bright, and fun. You will love spending your time here in this skunky place.
COURTYARD
The covered back patio with a fire pit, seating, and hammock is part of the fun. Enjoy the enclosed hot tub patio, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather, rain, snow, or sunshine. If you bump into other guests, you can make friends with other vacationers enjoying Colorado.
LIVING ROOM
Kick back in front of the large Smart TV in the living room and sign into your favorite streaming channels to pick up right where you left off in your favorite shows. Turn down the lights and enjoy some evening reading or pull out the sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. All the bedding is perfectly ready for your stay.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and Keurig, you will find we have added so much more to make your stay as convenient and pleasant as possible. Stocked with all the necessities like pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, spices, can opener, ice cream scoop, colander, and so much more.
BEDROOM
There's simply nothing better than jumping into an ultra-comfortable king bed as you get ready for a full night's sleep. Enjoy the vibes throughout the bedroom. With a large closet for your belongings and a sound machine for additional peace, as well as a large Smart TV in the bedroom, you won't find yourself needing anything else besides your personal belongings for a wonderful stay.
BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom has been recently remodeled with a beautifully tiled shower and is fully stocked for your stay. The plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and some face wipes and feminine products are all stocked for your stay.
Guest Access:
During your stay you will have access to the entire cottage your convenience! You will also have access the to shared courtyard where you'll find a wood fire pit, seating, and the shared hot tub patio!
The Neighborhood:
Located just across Union Blvd from the Olympic Training Center here in Colorado Springs puts you in the heart of the action and gives you easy access every direction to wherever you may find yourself visiting!
Getting Around:
Only a minute away from the Olympic Training Center and minutes from Downtown, you'll find that no matter where you want or need to go, it's likely only a short drive away!
Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
This is a separate cottage from the main house, completely fenced in separately. As mentioned prior, the hot tub area is communal with our other guests on the property.
During the winter months, we do remove the Window AC unit since Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s in the winter-time
***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
