Set on the edge of Pulpit Rock Open Space, this home offers amazing views, privacy, and direct access to hiking trails that bring you to one of the best views of Colorado Springs from the top of Pulpit Rock. Centrally located about 10 miles from major shopping centers, Garden of Gods, the Air Force Academy and Manitou Springs. Two decks and a patio area offer plenty of separate outdoor seating to enjoy meals or a glass of wine with the views. Inside there are 4 bedrooms. The window filled Master has a King Bed, double sinks, private bath and his/hers walk in closets. The master has view of both Pulpit Rock and Pike's Peak. The 2nd bedroom is a King on the lower level, with an above grade window. The third bedroom can host children or a family with a Queen and 2 twin beds. This room has a beautiful view of Pulpit Rock. Lastly, the 4th bedroom has a King bed, office space, view of Pulpit Rock, and access to the shaded patio. There are granite counter tops upstairs and down in the bar area along with three large recliners and an internet connected 65'' Ultra HD TV with Xfinity Cable. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and there is a separate eating area off the kitchen with a table that can be expanded from seating four to accommodate 6 (leaves and folding chairs provided in coat closet) . Wireless internet is available throughout the house.

This property was a great location to see all the attractions in Colorado Springs and has everything you need for a great vacation. It was exactly as advertised and great communication. My only advice is go Safeway instead of King Soopers.

The house was perfect for our family week together. Our adult kids had their own rooms on the lower level. Enjoyed the deck view with our morning coffee and evening relaxing. Great location for the Colorado Springs activities. Owner was very helpful and very responsive! Would come back again.

The house had great views from the back deck and master bedroom. Easy access to trails for biking/ hiking. Great access to area attractions. Exactly what we wanted in our stay on Colorado Springs!
After a busier week in town in Denver, we wanted to wrap up our family vacation with some time in a more relaxed and scenic aspect of Colorado. This was definitely what we needed and exactly as was described by the owners. The views were spectacular. The home was spacious and well kept. We loved having the garage for entry, the great washer and dryer, the wonderful decks and patios, and plenty of space. We traveled with 4 kids ages 6 to 16. Excellent communication with the hosts. Close enough to grab groceries or a snack but far enough to still feel "away". Really was a perfect combination of "felt far away" from the back view yet was "easy access" to get or do anything. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem
What a wonderful house nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood against hiking trails and full floor to ceiling views of Pulpit Rock and Colorado Springs. There are two decks, from upper deck you can even see Pikes Peak and a quiet lower deck nestled amongst the trees. House is fully furnished with all utensils, plates, cookery, and a full pantry of spices and drawers full of ziplock bags and aluminum foil/plastic wrap, etc. One of the bedrooms have a full desk and the WiFi is strong. We did not have time to use the TV, ping pong table, or bookshelf full of books and games so can’t comment on entertainment. There are recyclable shopping bags for grocery shopping, an ice chest, and travel iron. This is an “escape” house where one can spend all week without leaving just to recharge and get in some self-care.

Great Location
The house sits right against a big open space/park that you can wander around right from the back door. The ping pong table (with good paddles (!!) and lots of good balls (!!) was a huge hit with the teens. The patio with lots of seating was a hit with the adults. Very generous kitchen amenities. Great location for Air Force base activities.

Perfect location and a great house for our family!
This house has amazing views and a great layout for enjoying them. Really liked how the TV is segregated from the rest of the house, encouraging good conversations and minimizing distractions. Enjoyed lounging on the deck and patios. Most of all, it was fantastic to be able to go on a hike or trail run without driving anywhere! The new appliances were a great bonus. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds and bedding are great, too! Love the proximity to Trader Joe’s.

Awesome location and home!
We were in town for a family wedding - our adult children and toddler grandson joined us, as well as my brother. We loved the natural views and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as well as the other amenities that were provided. We stay at many VRBOs as we travel frequently, and have rarely found a house with so many basics already there... things like extra paper goods, kitchen wraps/foils, laundry & dish detergents and such. All of which were VERY appreciated! Thank you to our amazing hosts, from your very satisfied guests!

Colorado Springs - Yes!!!
This was the perfect location to explore everything Colorado Springs has to offer. The property is exactly where you want to be. We road the train to Pikes Prak, had lunch at Rudy’s BBQ (not to be missed!), visited the Broadmoor Hotel, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, climbed Pulpit Rock and visited Garden of the Gods. We played games and just relaxed and laughed and laughed and laughed. The property is very clean, extremely well equipped and the views from the decks started and ended each day perfectly. And the price is perfect! Will stay again if we get back to the area and highly recommend.
