Comfortable and friendly
Everything was very nice and comfortable. The only concern was the water heater not working, which didn’t allow for showers. Dana did everything she could even with the help of Brandon to get it fixed. We were only there for two nights for a Memorial Service for my Nephew, and only spent our time sleeping at night. Because they were not able to remedy the situation, they gave us a portion of our rental fees back. Dana was very apologetic and did her very best to make the situation right. I would stay there again if we are ever in the area. Also, just a note, a great restaurant was next door, and the food was great!

Great location for our needs!
Dana is an amazing host! She addresses any questions or concerns promptly and was willing to work with us on a special need. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Next door to the property is South 40 Bar and grill and they have some amazing food! Heck, if you are just looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend giving it try! Thank you, Dana, for hosting us!!!
