Top Floor: The command center of our basecamp awaits! The fully equipped kitchen is primed for all your culinary missions, from quick space snacks to hearty fall feasts. Picture gathering around the expansive living room and dining area, perfect for family bonding and debriefing after a day of leaf-peeping and interstellar adventures. The master bedroom offers a private escape with its own bathroom, providing extra comfort after a day of crisp mountain air. Young Padawans will love Bedroom #2, featuring twin bunk beds and a queen bed, while Bedroom #3 offers a snug queen bed. An extra bathroom ensures convenience for the entire crew.

Downstairs: The rebel base is fully equipped for fun! The family room, with its arcade games and board game library, promises hours of epic battles and friendly rivalry. A handy kitchenette is ready for quick snacks and refueling, with a full suite of appliances and a trusty coffee pot—perfect for a warm drink after a brisk fall hike. Bedroom #4, with its full and twin bunk bed, includes an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 also has a full and twin bunk bed, and Bedroom #6 features a cozy queen bed. Note that the only bathroom on this floor is in Bedroom #4.

Outdoor Adventures: The saga continues outside, where the cool, crisp air and vibrant fall foliage set the scene for unforgettable moments. After a day of hiking through the golden aspens or exploring nearby trails, relax in the hot tub under a canopy of stars, or stay connected with your droid (or Wi-Fi-enabled device) with our reliable internet. With parking for up to 4 vehicles, arriving and departing is as smooth as a hyperdrive jump.

Please Note: While fishing, boating, and swimming are not permitted on Burgess Reservoir due to HOA regulations, fret not! We've got you covered with a plethora of alternative options to satisfy your aquatic cravings. Explore nearby gems such as 11 Mile Reservoir, Manitou Lake, Catamount Reservoir, and Rampart Reservoir. Pack your sense of exploration and get ready to discover the wonders of the surrounding lakes during your stay at Webbel Alliance Basecamp!

- Access to the entire home (excluding locked closets/doors & garage).
- (1) Pets Allowed (under 50 lbs) with prior approval and a $75/pet fee.
- Fishing/Kayaking/Boating/Swimming on the lake are prohibited per HOA rules. Only homeowners are
allowed per HOA restrictions.
- Hosting events & parties is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect wildlife—property is in bear country. o not feed the wildlife. I
- Amenities may be unavailable during maintenance periods, including the hot tub.
- During winter months, please consider 4-wheel drive as we cannot predict road conditions.
- Home is not 420-friendly; no drugs of any kind on premises (including all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the
property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from any
doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all
reservations.
- Property has Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms.
- Cameras on property are for security purposes, not surveillance.
- This home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen and bedrooms involves navigating 10-
15 stairs.
- Your reservation must accurately reflect the number in your party. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy are added without prior approval.
