We stayed here 3 nights while our RV was in the shop in Hurricane. Finding accommodations that will allow two Great Danes is a challenge, to say the least, so we were grateful to find this VRBO about 30 minutes away. It is an older single wide mobile home, updated and cutely decorated, in a mobile home community of similar homes.. It has a large fenced yard for dogs to roam and explore. The house was clean, comfortable, and mostly well-appointed. Food staples were stocked including some frozen pizzas and basic canned goods. The yard was cluttered, no grass (common for desert areas), and had some dried up weeds standing, especially toward the back of the property. We did not use the outdoors, and our dogs are large, so this did not bother them at all. I could see how it may not be safe or comfortable for small dogs or children, though. The cell coverage (Verizon) and Wi-Fi were good. There is a beautiful park (Maxwell Patk) and slot canyon trail (Water Canyon) nearby, which was fun. We were able to take the dogs off-leash on the trail, which follows a cool stream. We drive up to Zion NP (about an hour away) one day for hiking and adventure. There is a nice, new grocery store in town, but found that several meats and other perishables on the shelves were already expired, which was a little disheartening since the next nearest large grocery store was in Hurricane. There is a new fuel station attached to the grocery store, which was convenient. Overall, we would stay again if we found ourselves in a similar situation of needing lodging for us and our large dogs.
