"This hotel is essentially several apartments in various buildings. The office is staffed by 4 managers, sometimes nobody is in office, so you may have to wait for 15-30 minutes. We were met at the apartment and oriented to it and the area. So glad we didn’t stay in the downtown city center which was very crowded."
