"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt...

"We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. "Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "
