"This villa is perched atop a hill with amazing views. There is a beach bar within walking distance at the brand new JW Marriott and excellent restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive. (We highly recommend Big Fish). Both the owner and property manager contacted us with information before arrival and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect which it was. "Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The view is outstanding. The house has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. St Martin is a very beach location but the private pool was a plus.
