The villa is facing such a beautiful view of St.Barths and so calm. This is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Veronique had great recommendations for my stay at St Martin. I will definitely be rebooking next time I go to St.Martin."

"My wife and I couldn't have stayed at a better place in SXM. We typically stay at resorts, but after staying at OOF, we will always stay at a private villa in SXM in the future. The architecture of the villa was a whole new level and it created a serenity and energy at the same time. Hanging out at the pool was very secluded with an incredible view. The kitchen is small but functional and the beds were super comfortable. No instructions were left about how to close out at the end of our stay but we left all kitchen items clean. "We stayed at this property April 21-26 and have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment we walked in the door we knew our holiday would be one to remember. There were 7 adults in our group and more than enough space for everyone. All the bedrooms were spacious with ensuites which was a huge bonus. Beds and linens were great.
