"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"I love this apartment. Imagine a rental apartment fully equipped where everything worked! Guillaume was thoughtful enough to leave bottled water in the fridge, coffee pods and a sachet of pralines, a specialty of Lyon, as welcome gifts. Guillaume has done a fabulous job designing the apartment with some hi tech features, including radiant floor heating. And there is a binder with instructions for everything down to the Nespresso machine. Most rentals just let you guess! There is a high step...
