Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. We didn’t realise that it was on a bus route and on a quite busy road which when you are trying to relax by the pool it’s a bit off putting having a bus load of people stare at you. "First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. "An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. "The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay!"
