THE SPACE
Although the exclamation "AWESOME" may seem overused these days, the truly rich design, amenities, and feel of this magnificent vacation home warrant that word’s use in every way. From the moment you step into the foyer, you’ll know you’re in the lap of luxury—surrounded by beautiful, hand-selected furnishings and décor. You'll also be struck by the amazing views of Lake Michigan through the wide picture windows that span the open-design living room, dining room, sunroom, and Chef’s Kitchen.
And speaking of that kitchen, it’s fully equipped with everything you need to make tasty vacation meals, including top-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, pro-range hood, stone countertops, and a classy island and breakfast nook for sharing coffee, snacks, or meals together. The formal dining room has plenty of seating—and a large flat-screen TV—as does the attractively styled, super-comfy living room. And then there’s the sunroom as another option for you and your family or friends to sit and have a drink while taking in the most glorious lake views you can imagine!
Each of the five bedrooms is lushly appointed and includes premier-quality bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep for all. The Primary Bedroom Suite takes up the entire upstairs floor and features a king bed, spacious bedroom-den, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom. On the main floor, there’s another large bedroom with a twin bed and ensuite bathroom, plus two bedrooms that share a delightful sitting room with a sleeper sofa. On the lower level, there’s one more bedroom with two bunk beds.

The top-floor Primary Bathroom is both luxurious and spacious, highlighted by a large tiled walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual stone-top vanity sinks. The two main-floor bathrooms have soaking tubs and custom vanity sinks. The lower-level bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and stone-top vanity sink. All four bathrooms have deluxe fixtures and are equipped with all the necessities. On the lower level, there’s also a laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer, plus basic laundry supplies.
The backyard area is fabulous, starting with over-the-moon views of majestic Lake Michigan, not just from the main deck—where you’ll also find an inviting firepit—but also from the steps to the beach. There’s a halfway-to-the-beach deck with comfy chairs and great views, and further down, you’ve got another deck that’s beachside. Oh yes, and right below that deck, there’s a fabulous stretch of crystal-sand beach for you to relish to your heart’s content. In case you need more, we have a pellet smoker that guests are free to use for delicious outdoor BBQs.
Besides being just a stone’s throw from that super-sweet Lake Michigan beach, you can also enjoy numerous other nearby beaches in Coloma—including Hagar Park—plus the many activities afforded by being in the heart of Southwest Michigan’s Fruit Belt. This means award-winning vineyards, wineries, brewing companies, and brewpubs, and you're near art-district-rich Benton Harbor and St. Joseph. Within minutes, you can find great restaurants, unique shops and boutiques, art galleries, and antique stores, plus hiking and biking trails galore, state parks, and even a Jack Nicklaus-designed public golf course!

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
Please note the hot tub attached to the pool is not operational.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking.
