I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location as well. It was close to the cathedral and Christmas markets. The room was nice as well. Overall I would stay here again next time.

Very nice stay. Highlights: the bathroom with nice shower and very clean, breakfast buffet with meats/cheeses/tea/coffee etc, fluffy pillow and memory foam pillow for options, fan to stay cool because no AC.

Just an overnight stop with my son. Outside hotel looks bland but the room was spacious, well furnished and a modern bathroom. We arrived at 10pm and left at 7am so didn’t use any other services. Location is good, close to Train Station and the Cathedral

Karaoke next door on Friday aand Saturday.
I stayed here because of its location. I found it to be very noisy on the streetside. I am an extremely light sleeper and barely got much sleep. Breakfast is nice and the staff was a pleasure and helpful.

I was very pleased with the excellent service at the Hotel and the room I got. It's at a very convenient location, within a few minutes from the Riverfront, the main shopping area, the Cathedral and the Central train station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast included a good variety and was well presented. The property is within short walking distance of the Dom, the Old Market, Rathaus and the train station.

Great location and friendly service.
The reception was excellent and very helpful, and there are many things very good - nice linens and pillows (bed was a bit firm for my taste, but not bad at all), very clean, good breakfast, great location. However, we had a weird room. I didn’t realize I was booking a suite. It has stairs inside the room between where the bath and bedroom is (which is in the pictures), but it also has a toilet room that is very awkward to use as you have to sit under a sink! That was not in the pictures. I think their regular rooms are better. Also - we were there on the weekend and there are 2 very loud bars next door. Bring earplugs (I always have some so it wasn’t a problem for me).
