HOME RENT no es una Empresa comprometida
Lamentablemente las fotos q tiene la pagina de internet NO tiene ninguna veracidad.... Lamentabelemente el area es una zona industrial.... parecería q fue un edificio de oficinas y lo transformaron en Deptos para q los trabajadores de la zona tuvieran un lugar donde quedarse. El edificio esta muy descuidado y todas las paredes de los pasillos de las escaleras están venidos a menos, manchados, rayados etc... El Depto esta completo sin embargo el piso estaba pegajoso y sucio... no podias caminar descalzos ya q te pegabas en cada paso y se veía q no se había limpiado a conciencia en varias semanas... Además no había cortinas completas para todas las ventanas y no se podían cerrar... en los cuartos tenían las persianas pero muchas de ellas rotas, incompletas.. en la parte de la sala NO habían ni persianas ni cortinas …La noche q nos quedamos ahí estuvo haciendo tanto calor y siendo q el edificio no tiene ninguna protección vs el sol ni aire acondicionado pedimos a la administración Venitladores.. los cuales nos fueron negados diciendo q no tenían.... Honestamente fue una muy mala experiencia... Esta es la 2a ocasión q rento via HOME RENT y no habrá tercera oportunidad... esta gente realmente no tiene ninguna ética siendo q no debería de renta un depto. en el estado en el q se encontraba esta... Definitivamente no recomiendo esta unidad y mucho menos a HOME RENT quienes son los administradores de la unidad.
