The apartment in a magnificent Wilhelminian style building was extensively renovated and furnished as a holiday apartment. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and absolutely central alleyway and is fully equipped.
In the kitchen area is a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with extractor, sink, dishwasher, pots and a pan, cutlery, crockery, kettle, Senseo pad machines etc ..
The cozy living room has a large dresser, coffee table, a couch and a LCD TV.
The sleeping area in the gallery is located to the quiet courtyard.
In the bathroom is a spacious shower, sink, toilet. Towels and bed linen available. incl. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
The accommodation is new and tastefully decorated. Modern new old belly arms with plank floor, stucco elements and ceiling height about 3.8 meters, walls brightly painted with natural clay colors ........

A very nice week
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with many restaurants. It's also well served by bus and U-Bahn.

Great place to stay in Köln
This unit was perfect for my stay. It was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and was in a great, safe location. It was quiet since it was in the back of the building, but was within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, and shops. There’s basic cookware and dishware to make a meal if you wanted. It was the perfect place to relax, and to prepare for a long day in town. There's public transportation stops nearby that will get you wherever you need to go. Josef was very kind and a good host. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d love to stay there again someday.

Gemütliches Apartment in guter Lage
Wir sind nach Köln gekommen um den Beginn der Karnevalsession zu feiern. Das Apartment hat alles notwendige geboten für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. (Küche, Bad, Schlafmöglichkeiten, Internet) Da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, haben wir die Ausstattung der Küche kaum getestet, aber es schien hier alles vorhanden zu sein, damit man auch Zuhause kochen/essen könnte. In der Nähe des Apartments sind verschiedene gute Restaurants und auch Supermärkte. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln waren soweit auch super. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich, das freut einen immer sehr! Insgesamt kann man hier nicht viel falsch machen und eine schöne Zeit in Köln genießen!

Mitten in der schönen Südstadt
Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Checkin und Checkout haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, mitten in der schönen Südstadt in Köln. Einzig gestört haben mich, dass es sehr kalt war in der Wohnung und es etwas muffig roch (kann von draußen gekommen sein).

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist sauber es war alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen Trip nach Köln braucht. Die Nachbarschaft sind einige schöne Kneipen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist dann fragt beim Vermieter nach wo man am besten parken kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Wir haben die Zeit in Köln sehr genießen können.

Geruchsbelastung
Leider mussten wir vorzeitig ausziehen, da die Geruchsbelastung im Raum und in den Textilien durch muffigen Geruch nicht mehr ertragbar war. Das Sofa roch ebenfalls und war mit vielen Flecken versehen. Sehr schade, da die Wohnung toll gelegen und schön geschnitten ist.

Cozy space for multi-week stay
We enjoyed our stay there. Was convenient to shops/restaurants and public transport. Clean and had everything we needed. Like other apartment locations, you can occasionally hear other residents opening/closing doors and talking, sometimes during the night, but we generally slept well - one of us on sofa and the other up in the loft. Internet was mostly reliable. Would stay there again..

Schöne Umgebung, überteuerter Preis
Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Altbau in der Südstadt Kölns in bester Lage und guter öffentlicher Anbindung. Der Gastgeber Josef wohnt im selben Haus, ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alle Belange und Wünsche des Gastes. Der Preis von 125 Euro pro Nacht ist dennoch eindeutig zu hoch: Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, also eher dunkel und bei schlechtem Wetter ein wenig feucht, und besteht nur aus einem Raum (mit eingebauter, recht gut ausgestatteter Küche) und einer kleinen Schlafkammer auf der Empore, zu der man eine recht steile Leiter hinaufklimmen muss. Das ist alles andere als komfortabel, sondern sehr schlicht: außer der Matratze auf dem Boden und dem Licht ist die Empore gar nicht weiter möbliert. Kurzum: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mein Empfinden nicht, darum würde ich auch nicht wiederkommen.

Wochenende zur Fibo
Die Lage, der Check in/-out war top. Schade war nur, dass doch einiges in der Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Etwas frische Farbe und ein paar Kleinigkeiten würden einiges ausmachen um die erwähnte Gemütlichkeit in der Anzeige auch zu erreichen. Sicher ist der Preis wg. der Lage gerechtfertigt trotzdem habe ich aufgrund der Bilder etwas anderes erwartet auch wenn die Unterkunft nur zur Übernachtung diente. Köln ist auf jeden Fall mal eine Reise wert.

Les vacances formidables
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine du 04 au 09 mars. L'appartement est situé près du centre-ville (15 min à pied sans la valise))) Ma fille a adoré l'espace en haut sur la mezzanine. Le quartier est vraiment très calme, le magasin est juste à côté, beaucoup de petits restos. Dommage que les vacances étaient aussi courtes. On revient des qu'on peut. Merci Joseph Poppernitsch

Die Lage dieser Wohnung am Chlodwigplatz ist perfekt. Wir waren zu dritt (kennen uns gut). Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend, wenn man nicht viel Zeit dort verbringt.

Einige falsche Angaben
An und für sich ausreichend für ein paar Tage als Unterkunft auch mit guter zentraler Lage und freundlichem persönlichen Kontakt. Leider waren einige Sachen in der Wohnung nicht so schön. Angefangen im Badezimmer, in dem für eine komplette Woche für drei Personen lediglich zwei Rollen Klopapier zur Verfügung standen, eine Dusche in der es schwer war an warmes Wasser zu kommen und mit einer Duschtür (rechts) welche einem beim öffnen aus der Fassung rutscht. Im Wohnbereich wurde ein smart TV angegeben, der anzutreffende Fernseher war leider nicht mal internetfähig. Im Küchenbereich würde ein Ofen versprochen. Leider war kein Ofen vorhanden. Der jedoch vorhande Geschirrspüler wurde leider ohne dazugehörige Tabs bereitgestellt. Die Küchengeräte waren leider auch sehr alt. Der Toaster war so verklemmt das man keine Stufen einstellen konnte, der Wasserkocher lies sich nicht schließen und musste bei Benutzung zugehalten werden und an den hölzernen Kochutensilien (Pfannenwender, Löffel...) sowie in den Rändern der Gefrierkombo mussten wir Schimmel feststellen. Fazit: Für eine Woche in der man großteils eh unterwegs ist völlig ausreichend. Eine Erneuerung einiger Sachen, besonders bei der Küchenausstattung und eine Aktualisierung der vorhandenen Gegebenheiten wären angebracht.

Super Wohnung
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, sehr verständnissvoll und entspannt. Vorort haben wir eine sauber und voll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die mit kleinen Gesten ausgestattet war ( Kölsch, Wasser, Duschzeug,...). Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und die Lage für uns PERFEKT. Wir konnten viel laufen oder mit der Bahn fahren. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Ps.das Bettlacken der Couche müsste mal erneuert werden, daher der eine Stern weniger
