🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Colmar city center. A paid on-street parking zone with a parking meter is available nearby. 🅿️ The Montagne Verte public parking lot is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2.50m, with the possibility of charging an electric vehicle). 🅿️ You can also book private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited and subject to availability. A reservation is required. Rates start at €12 per night, per space. 🚲 You can also reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (100m away).

🍼 The apartment includes a baby cot and a high chair (These facilities are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby cot, the mattress size is 60x120 cm, or you can book the "baby bedding" option for an extra fee. ⚠️ In accordance with the regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, must not exceed 15 people.

🛏️ Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation is made, you can book the "double bed" option for €30 per double bed, so that the two single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

House rules: 🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. 🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Pets are allowed on request (pets weighing less than 15 kg and non-dangerous) with an additional fee of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to handle this, you can order a "full cleaning" supplement for the apartment for €60 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €120 for cleaning fees will be charged.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with a change of all linens is included in the price, except for the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for weekly cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated in your Yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. The weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled, but it will not be refunded. 🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book the "mid-stay cleaning" option, excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes, with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.

Lovely Apartment in Great Location
Very responsive management team. Place was well decorated, as described and excellent location!! Quiet and secure, but close to all amenities, in the heart of old towns restaurants and pubs. First floor bedrooms allowed for good access for family members with mobility issues. Areas for improvement: The apartment is “surface clean” but place needs a deep-clean - eg. wash walls and floors/corners etc. provide more towels, tissues, paper towel/TP. Large kitchen is fairly well appointed - lots of dishes, large fridge, lots of counter space. Excellent place for a large group/family as it’s spacious with many bathrooms and bedrooms. Good soundproofing. A good choice.
