"This adorable little house in Salinas was the perfect setup for 3 friends. We each had our own comfortable bedrooms, each with our own TVs and our own temperature control units to suit our individual preferences. The shared space was comfortable and the kitchen was more than adequate. We would love a return visit!"

"Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. "This apt is nice; TV in every room, the owner is very attendive to ur phone calls, and is there to assist u,and very cozy. There is a building, a small mall grocery. Also there’s food sold near by, But we were vegan if you like sea food ur good thanks."

"Great country setting. It was quiet and a great get a way from the city. About 15 minutes from the town center. Awesome view. The place was clean, and comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Has a nice balcony area with grill to enjoy with your friends and family. The host was helpful when I needed information. Great experience. "

"Beautiful home set in the hills with no visual neighbours. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big covered veranda, big rooms help make this a great family home. It has no A/C but it really wasn't needed due to its location and lots of surrounding trees. The hot water is on and off a bit but it was warm. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Just loved it."
