Come and discover this pretty village house on 3 levels in the heart of Collioure, less than 200 meters from the beach of Port d'Avall with a view of its historic monument, the church bell tower.
Enjoy the quiet location while remaining close to shops and restaurants.
You access the house via the ground floor with a storage space with washing machine and a bathroom with sink and toilet.
On the 1st floor, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen and its living room with a TV, a stereo and games for the whole family.
Finally, the top floor offers two bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom and toilet.

The House offers you the comfort of a modern house, while retaining the charm of an old house.
