Grelt for vacation
Marvellous view from the terrace over the small bay and to Collioure. The bastille day in Port Vendres was a great experience and we had fine tours into the Pyrenees and to the African animal parc - a must see. During the hot days the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Great well equipped apartment, easy access to beach down some steps, view from balcony magnificent. Lovely walk into Collioure which is beautiful town. Bike rides and lots of activities available near by. Will come again.

Perfect location
Wonderful beach side house. Very well equipped and clean. Only one small criticism - there is only one toilet which is downstairs. We were a party of three so this wasn’t a huge issue. However the property sleeps six so one toilet could be a problem. Would recommend

We loved it!!
We (5 persons) spent 2 weeks in the house and enjoyed a very relaxing time. The house has enough space, everything is clean and appears like new. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which protects you from the wind (if it is windy). We loved the house and the balcony with the view on the small beach with the sunset. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which protected us when it was windy. The house gets a full 5 star rating! We plan to come back!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in prächtiger Lage!
Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit hier verbracht. Die Lage könnte nicht schöner sein: nur ein paar Schritte zum kleinen Strand, ein Blick auf die Berge und Richtung Collioure von der wunderschönen großen Terrasse aus. Ca. 20-25 Fußweg in den Ort, wo es viele Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Läden zu entdecken gibt. Mittwoch und Sonntag vormittags gibt es einen Markt. Das trutzige Königsschloss kann besichtigt werden. Ferner ist ein Gang zur Windmühle empfehlenswert, ebenso zum Fort Saint Elme, auf das man immer schaut vom Haus aus. Diverse Wege führen teils durch die Weinberge zurück nach Collioure. Vielen Dank an Denis für die Vermietung dieses wunderschönen Objektes!

Ein tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage - bestens ausgestattet
Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet - stilvoll mit tollen Gemälden und viel guter Literatur - aber auch praktisch mit einer umfassenden Ausstattung in der Küche und für ein Ferienobjekt selten, mit genügend passendem Geschirr. Die Terrasse ist wundervoll und mit ihrem tollen Blick ein optimaler Ort für ein entspanntes Frühstück und schöne Stunden am Abend. Das Objekt liegt nahezu perfekt zwischen Collioure und Port-Vendres. Wir haben beide Orte mehrfach zu Fuß besucht, um in einem der guten Restaurants zu speisen oder frischen Fisch vom Hafen zu kaufen. Ein Lidl um die Ecke schadet nie - ein guter Bäcker fußläufig fehlt leider. Die Übergabe der Unterkunft durch Marie war sowohl bei Ankunft als auch bei Abreise super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Superbe séjour

Tout confort et au calme, avec un super vue !
Appartement confortable et très bien équipé, conforme aux photos. Grande terrasse très agréable avec coin repas et coin salon + la vue sur le fort , la petite plage et Collioure ...dont on ne se lasse pas ! Grand garage avec box fermé et spacieux très appréciable. Centre Collioure accessible à pied en 20 min environ. Accueil agréable avec petit cadeau de bienvenue sympathique. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour !

Séjour très agréable
Une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement à la magnifique déco et dans lequel on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Belle vue sur la mer et la ville de Collioure. Plage en bas de l’appartement tres pratique pour la baignade à toute heure de la journée et autres criques à quelques minutes à pied. Centre de Collioure à 15 min à pied avec promenade agréable au dessus du littoral. On recommande vivement !

Traumwohnung direkt am Meer
Der Empfang war sehr gut organisiert und es war sogar eine feine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Mineralwasser kühlgestellt. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und auch der Rest der Wohnung absolut geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein Traum! Familienurlaub in Traumlocation
Wir haben vor drei Jahren unseren Urlaub in einer Wohnung auf der anderen Straßenseite verbracht und sind auf dem Weg zum Strand immer an diesem Haus vorbei gelaufen. Es ist uns gleich ins Auge gestochen, vor allem die schöne Terrasse. Wir haben dann im Internet gesucht und es tatsächlich gefunden, wobei wir uns sofort verliebt haben. Die Spannung und Aufregung auf diesen Urlaub war sehr groß, vor allem auch für unsere 4 Kinder (9, 12, 13 + 16 Jahre alt). Am Tag der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Carine empfangen, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert. Sie bat uns ins Haus und der Anblick der Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf die Terrasse und das Meer hat uns allen gleich ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Es hat von Anfang an alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum! Wir haben jeden Abend, nach unserem Spaziergang aus Collioure zurück, noch alle 6 zusammen den Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen auf den schönen Loungemöbeln genossen. Mit 6 Personen lässt es sich hier sehr gut leben, dank der schönen Zimmer und dank der zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche ist sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Auch das Geschirr ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die grelle Laterne, wie sie in einer weiteren Bewertung erwähnt wurde, hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Ein wirklich großer Vorteil ist die Klimaanlage, sie funktioniert in jedem Zimmer sehr gut. Denis und Leila waren bei Fragen und Tipps immer sofort da, vielen lieben Dank dafür! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, für uns ist es ein Traumhaus!!! Merci beaucoup, Leila et Denis!

Great house directly by the sea
We had a very pleasant stay at Collioure. House is directly by the sea (1min walk). Everything was very clean and we found every equipment we needed. Collioure or Port Vendres center can be reached by car, bike or bus, walk would take a little long. Plenty of nice restaurants in those two villages.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Collioure
Wir haben 2 schöne Ferienwochen in der wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Der Blick ist einfach nur toll :-) Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die problemlose Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vielen Dank an die nette Dame, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat. Es hat alles reibungslos und toll geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben unsere Unterkunft geliebt. Die Ausstattung ist ungewöhnlich gut, viel mehr als üblich. Das Haus ist unheimlich wohnlich, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Die Terrasse ist der Traum, die Sitzmöbel hervorragend. Der Blick auf Collioure wunderbar und der Strand wenige Schritte entfernt ist wunderschön. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der tollen Terrasse verbracht, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Besonders schön war es allerdings Abends und Nachts. Uns hat nichts gestört, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service von Carine war ebenfalls super. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Wir sind immer meist nach Cassis oder Port Vendres gelaufen, aber auch mit dem Auto hatten wir mal Glück mit dem Parkplatz( in der Woche). Wir möchten Danke sagen für einen gelungenen Start in unseren Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Des vacances de rêve
Un emplacement fantastique et une vue extraordinaire ! Le duplex est extrêmement confortable et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies: climatisation, cuisine bien équipée, lits très confortables, chaises de plage et même une bibliothèque bien fournie avec des livres en anglais et en français. La terrasse est tout simplement sublime, parfaite pour profiter de coucher du soleil pendant l'apéro. La petite crique à proximité est vraiment agréable et Collioure est une ville charmante avec plein de restaurants et petites boutiques à seulement 20 minutes de marche. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et accueil chaleureux avec une bouteille de vin fraîche dans le réfrigérateur. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Une terrasse avec vue chouette
Le logement est simplement parfait. Il est confortable et on se sent à l'aise dès le début. Il est bien entretenu et établi à bon goût. Surtout nous aimions la terrasse avec cette belle vue à Collioure et la petite plage devant l'appartement. Le propriétaire était très gentil et serviable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un séjour merveilleux et nous espérerons d'y retourner à l'avenir.

Nette Wohnung mit Blick auf Bucht
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Bucht oberhalb von Collioure. Die großeTerrasse bietet viel Platz. Der untere Teil der Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, kleinem Flur und kleiner Toilette. Zur oberen Etage muss man über eine etwas steile Steintreppe. Hier befinden sich die drei Schlafräume und die zwei Duschräume. Größe der Betten ausreichend und gut. Wünschenswert wäre eine etwas wärmere Decke. Auch eine zweite Toilette im oberen Bereich wäre sinnvoll und erspart das nächtliche Treppensteigen. Für uns war ein sehr großer Störfaktor die Laterne, die direkt vor der Terrasse plaziert ist. Punkt 21 Uhr erstrahlte die Lampe in einem grellen gelben Licht und erleuchtete Terrasse und Wohnzimmer. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren nur zwei Personen und die Größe der Wohnung war für uns perfekt.

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, conforme à la description et aux photos. Belle terrasse avec vue magnifique. Collioure et Port Vendres facilement accessibles à pied (15-20 minutes). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui répondent rapidement. Petit plus très appréciable : la bouteille de vin offerte à l'arrivée.
