"The cabin is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. Towels, bedding, plates, silverware you name it there was plenty of it. There was so much space for our large group of 18 girls and sleeping arrangements were easy with all the rooms and beds. The location was ideal with a private setting yet very close to town. The owners were so kind and easy to work with. If you are looking for a place for a large group to stay look no further!"

"After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from...

Some issues: Sliding door unlocked Fireplace remote- no battery Shaker filled with liquid and rusted. 1 of 2 wine bottle openers broken Downstairs trash can full. Dirty sectional, blankets & bedding. Thermostat- very cold downstairs when fireplace is on. Needs 2 units"

"Our stay was great at this beautiful retreat in Ellicottville. There were 10 of us, 3 families in total. The bedrooms worked out great with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Hot tub and bonfire area, pool table and shuffleboard. Entertainment for everyone! I would highly recommend!"

"This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it."
