"What a great place. We stayed for the weekend leading up to a Bills game and a combination of holiday festivities, and snowy weather made this so memorable. The house was magnificent we were greeted with a gift box it had all the amenities needed for a postcard style retreat. This may be a silly point, but you can tell a lot about the quality of a rental by the toilet paper provided. You can cut costs or you can make people feel at home. And we felt at home. Thank you. "

"After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from...

"My husband and I plus 4 other couples had the most fun this weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, to a fully stocked kitchen,firewood,games,linens and more. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops."
