Spacious 3 bedroom loft condo that sleeps 6 - 8 people. It is located in the heart of Ontario’s ski and golf country in Collingwood, ON, and is only a 4-minute drive from the Blue Mountain ski village. It offers fabulous four-season living and is equipped with a year-round, heated, 24/7 swimming pool, outdoor skating rink, and provides waterfront access.

The Space:

The condo is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the swimming pool and offers views of Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay waters directly from the outside deck, that’s equipped with a natural gas BBQ and a wicker patio set, large enough to seat 5 people. The loft is accessible using an elevator and stairs.

The property is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washer/dryer, and has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to cook a homemade meal.

The condo sleeps 6 people but could accommodate 8 with a total of 3 queen size beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom having its own master ensuite with a glass shower. The powder room on the first-floor services the other bedroom ensuring there are no line ups to the facilities at peak times. The rest of the space on the first floor is occupied with a modern kitchen, a dining set capable of sitting 8 people, and a living space equipped with a pull out sectional, natural gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV with a large channel selection. The TV is equipped with an extra HDMI cable for extending your laptop's display to a large screen. Taking the stairs to the second floor, you will find a secluded loft with another queen-size bed and its own 3 piece bathroom.

The modern decor and a dynamic two-story space will make you feel right at home and will provide you with the perfect backdrop for whatever it is you plan on doing, whether it’s relaxing, hitting the slopes, or simply exploring the area.

Collingwood Vacation Loft
What a great location! Views and access to Georgian Bay and Blue Mountains were wonderful. Easy to get to downtown Collingwood. Pool is fabulous. We brought our own linens (sheets/towels) as these are not provided but would recommend that the owner have a second set of comforters and mattress pads. Then the cleaners can put clean mattress pads and blankets on all the beds between guests. The comforters and mattress pads did not appear to have been laundered and we washed everything ourselves prior to using. In addition a gourmet kitchen should have high end utensils and a refrigerator that dispenses filtered water and ice. The stove also could benefit from cleaning and upgrading. Neighbors and other residents of the condo complex were terrific - friendly, kind and respectful. Don’t miss the farmers market in Collingwood. In our other stays at VRBOs, a welcome note, a bottle of local wine or a list of local restaurants and activities makes for a warm welcome. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
