In addition to the pool and jacuzzi it offers a panoramic solarium, an area with barbecue and oven with veranda for outdoor meals, mini soccer field, volleyball court. Inside there is a large and bright recreation room with table tennis, table soccer, billiards and video projector, spa room with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath / shower and professional massage table (on request and by appointment can be organized massages with professional staff). All rooms have direct access to the garden, one room to a private Zen garden, another room has direct access to a private terrace. The property is completely fenced and has internal parking. Thanks to its convenient location, you can reach several tourist destinations from here: Rome, "the eternal city", is about 69 km away. To Viterbo, with its famous thermal baths and the medieval district of San Pellegrino, it is 55 km; Orvieto, with its imposing cathedral, is 71 km; Lake Bracciano, with its beaches, 48 km; Tarquinia, with its Etruscan tombs and the sea, 100 km. All these places, which are just some of the possibilities that this area has to offer, can be easily reached by the highway Orte / Viterbo / Tarquinia. Two extra beds in a double room are available upon request and payment.
