It was nice being just outside of the main streets, making walks into Cefalu easy (hilly), and giving us peace and quiet for sleeping. The walls are a little thin, you can sometimes hear people in the hallway. "

Easy 15-minute walk from the train station - taxis are available, but definitely taking advantage of the short trip to the center with the prices they charge. The hotel is in an older building. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. "Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! We had a great two weeks, and wished it could have been longer The local area is great, The hosts were charm themselves and so helpful. Top quality holiday location . "
