Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...
